Very basic and simple place to crash for the night after a long drive. If you are okay without all the bells and whistles this is a great place to stay. Host was nice and helpful. He asked if I was a Lutin which was part of a mystical story about the home and its visitors. I said no but it is an interesting detail to say the least. He's really into Elves, Pixies, and the like! Ramen's the only food specific in the home so if you have a specialized diet I suggest you grab a bite before arriving or pick up stuff at 7-11. Area was kinda iffy but it is Panorama City. My car was safe but I wouldn't go out and about at night. Single ladies especially should avoid this unless you know martial arts or carry a weapon. I checked CrimeMapper online to see the incidents around the area. Not bad in crime but most incidents were a few blocks away on busy streets. Theft, Assault, Shoplifting were the main incidents. Overall, use your best judgement when staying at an unfamiliar place and read the details of the stay before you book.

Yikes! Last minute booking and first time AirBnB user. Rather than looking at stars, read into the reviews. Uncomfortable stay overall. If you are traveling, look elsewhere. Bathroom had random hairs on the floor as well as sink area. After 10pm, host was still playing music pretty loud, loud laughter as well. We could also hear everything in the kitchen since he decided to make something during these later hours.

Richard was very cool and able to help me in a tight situation. He didnt mess with us at all and was very helpful he even drove me around a few times when i needed to get things done i would for sure stay with him again when i come back down for a couple days

Richard was awesome. A really nice guy who was very good with communication and flexible with check in. The place was not clean as noted in previous reviews but - it's very affordable. It's a great place to sleep for an economical rate in Los Angeles for those who can overlook whether it's super clean. We would definitely stay again due to its affordability.

Nice location. Nice hosts. Close to some stores like Walmart. Pretty quiet. The room was nice sized and the bed was clean and comfortable. The attached bathroom was clean and neat as well.

Jalisia's bathroom was clean, but her slide in door needs to be replaced as well as the rack where you place towels. The carpet in the room Was filthy and definitely needs to be changed, it would give the room And home and overall better appearance. The garage was cluttered which made walking in and out of the garage a bit uncomfortable. I couldn't tell if the sheets or pillows had been washed; we just assumed they were . As a host, she was friendly and very responsive!

This place was clean, beautiful and spacious she is so kind and available when needed. Highly recommended room to stay in!! Very affordable to get around if you do not have a vehicle.

To be honest, this was the best stay that i had across all airbnb houses that i had stayed so far. His hospitality, modern house with absolutely clean bathroom, and comfortable bed had made my stay very comfortable. Joseph is indeed a super host and i would love to drop by and stay in his house given the opportunity in the future. I would recommend Joseph's house for anyone who is looking for a comfortable stay at LA.

My girlfriend and I enjoyed our stay at Joseph's place. Joesph was very helpful, and answered any questions or concerns we had promptly. We were fortunate enough to have a vehicle during our trip, and Joseph let us use one of his parking spaces, which was a huge help. Unit was clean, accurate as advertised. Price was great for us, as we stayed for a whole week. Definitely recommend.

Nancy's place was very adorable! We felt like we were in a beach side cottage. She was very helpful when we wanted advice on brunch locations, she did a lot of research for us. Everything in her house is so picturesque, it really made the experience so memorable.

Nancy made us (my 14 year old son and I) feel at home from the start. For breakfast we had a wide choice of bread, bagels, cereal, yoghurts and fruits. We had are own car and for us her home was ideally located for visiting Universal Studios, Hollywood and Santa Monica. A bonus is the nice pool is which we could cool off at the end of each day. Nancy also gave us good tips on where to go and what to do. If we're in LA again, we'd definetely stay with her again.

I rented with Marina during my stay in LA for work. I needed somewhere close to my job and safe..... HER PLACE OFFERED that and SO MUCH MORE!!! Cozy, SUPER CLEAN room, very private and she is always available if needed. WILL DEFINITELY rent with her again!!!!

This was my second time staying with Kelsa! A great experience and I hope to return again soon.

It is clean and fully furnished as advertised and Kelsa is very nice, but vaguely missed the fact that this is a one bedroom and when she has guests you are sleeping in her 1 bedroom while she sleeps on the couch. The neighborhood is quite noisy, but if you do not mind that it is fine.

This listing was exactly as described, and perfect for animal lovers, since there are two kitties and a bunny in the home. There is absolutely NO animal smell though, as Kelsa keeps the place very clean. The room is comfortable and there is wireless internet and a DVD library. Kelsa is super friendly and provided lots of helpful suggestions for me as someone who was new to the area. She went above and beyond what I would expect from a host.

My stay at Kelsa's was short but sweet! She was very friendly and welcoming, and did her best to make me feel at home. The room was cozy, the bed extremely comfortable, and with a clean bathroom and options for entertainment (TV, movies), I left completely satisfied. The bunny was cute, and didn't interfere at all with my stay.

Absolutely wonderful experience. Kelsa was very accommodating and sweet throughout my entire stay. Her two cats were adorable and she has the cutest, fluffiest bunny I've ever seen. He loves to be pet and if you lay on the ground he sometimes will hop onto you. Despite all her pets, the apartments smelled very clean because she takes very good care of them. The bedroom itself is pretty large, with a good amount of storage space in the dressers, and some space in the closet. The bed was firm but more than comfortable and the sheets were very clean. There's a fan that blows fresh California air from the window which really cools down the room comfortably at night, but you'll probably wanna turn off in the late morning. The shower was a little small but not too bad for a tall person like myself. Outside it can get a little loud during the day time but it's pretty quiet at night; I never had trouble sleeping. There's a nice large pool in the complex as well and the area is within walking distance to quite a few grocery stores and restaurants. Definitely a great place to stay at a remarkable value. Would definitely stay again, to pet the bunny if nothing else.

I had a wonderful time staying with Kelsa! It was great getting to know her and spend time at her place. I would definitely stay with her again. The room provided is as described and the photos are accurate. Only note is that the fridge is on the small side, just something to consider for long term guests.

Joseph saved the day for me, when I had a horrible experience at a different airbnb (it was my first time booking a shared room) and literally had to find a new place to stay only hours in advance. Not only was he flexible about letting me book last minute, but allowing me to check in only a few hours later. His place was gorgeous, him and his roommate were so polite and friendly, and I felt very safe and welcomed. After the other horrible experience, this redeemed my faith in booking a shared room! I would definitely stay again if I were in the area.

Joseph was a very nice host. He offered to give me a ride to work in the morning. I liked that he turns his A/C down very low at night, because I like to sleep cold. There was another guest on the sofa next to me but I didn't hear their comings and goings because I'm a hard sleeper. I also had ear plugs. If you are a light sleeper I would suggest these. This was my first time using AIRBNB by myself as a guest vs hosting and I was pleased. Thanks Joseph!

Herbert is a great host. He was accommodating to my arrival time (late arrival of flight). His home was very comfortable, clean and very private. I was able to park my rental car in his garage. He offered fruit and other items for breakfast. He also made coffee each morning which was much appreciated since I had to leave early for business related activities. His home is a good base of operations if doing business in this area.

I am so happy to be one of his guests and I am so honored to meet such a great host. Carlos has given me the best airbnb experience in my life. He showed me the Californian hospitality after long long road trip drive to LA. My brother, my cousin and two of my friends are so happy to meet Carlos and really enjoyed living in a great apartment. Craig was very flexible with check in/out times. The apartment was great, except the carpet has a bunch of stains. The fridge is a mini fridge. The bed was very comfortable. The pool and spa were wonderful.

Absolutely loved my stay here so much, I extended it! Was in a bit of a pickle and found Joseph's place last minute. He was quick to reply and confirm and allowed me to even check in early. My time here was great! Joseph and his flatmate are lovely. The place is extremely clean (Joseph is always cleaning) and the apartment is well decorated (courtesy of his roommate). It is a bit far from the city but I guess that's what Lyft and Uber are for! Will defo recommend it and will definitely stay here again.

Joseph was an super nice and amazing host. I requested my booking a bit late (after 8pm) but he was still able to accommodate me with no issues. Being that I arrived late, finding parking was horrible but to be expected at this time of night in LA. Joseph still went out of his way to help me find a parking place. The inside of Josephs apartment looks great and was super clean. The bed pictured was extremely comfortable and there was a fan nearby incase the room got too warn which definitely was a lifesaver for me. Joseph was even kind enough to remind me in the morning to move my car because the parking restriction where I parked was starting at 7am. Great guy, great place, would stay again for sure. My only warning is that if you arrive late, be prepared to have a tough search for parking if you even need it.
