My apartment is situated in the trendy “Prenzlauer Berg” neighborhood. The apartment is on the 1st floor (Amer. 2nd), facing the quiet inner yard, well lit through two large French windows. The view features a restored factory and studios. The studio area is 40 square meters in size, contains a double bed, a mini kitchen containing everything to chill and cook. The studio has a lucid corridor and a luxury bathroom containing a shower and bathtub and underfloor heathing. The entire apartment is 60 square meters in size and tastefully furnished, mixing modern and classic design notes. Fast internet is available. The neighbourhood is very well liked and one of the trendiest in Berlin. Bakeries, coffee shops, bike rentals, public parks and a supermarket are in the immediate vicinity. The world renowned “Mauerpark” with its many attractions and flee market (on weekends) is 15 minutes by bike. The street is nonetheless quiet, situated between two large boulevards, with fantastic public transportation to the ariports as well as other central landmarks, and quarters, such as Alexanderplatz, the East Side Gallery, Mitte, Friedrichshain etc. You can walk to the Kastanienallee und Alte Schönhauser Allee, two hip shopping boulevards. A lot of young people live here, I am sure you will love it!

Over the past few years, we have dealt with ideas for modern but sustainable housing and realized our dream of a solid wood house. We have built our home completely out of natural solid wood, painted with chalk paints and rediscovered old techniques such as "lyes and soaps" of the oak planks. Temporary home

The apartment is on the first upper floor of our shared house about 8 minutes walk from the S-Bahn. It was recently renovated and has a fully equipped kitchen. In the living room is a large dining table, a sofa and a TV. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed (160 cm; 2 mattresses) and an antique closet. From the bedroom you come directly into the bathroom with shower and toilet.

Cottage in the woods

The cottage is located in the forest, lined with a spruce and a fir tree. The decor is simple. There is a small area for cooking - gas stove, fridge and kitchen utensils are there. A small bathroom with shower is located right next to the entrance. In the living area there is a sofa that is used as a sleeping accommodation if necessary. The stairs lead to the sleeping loft.
