“Attend a Hatha Yoga class at the Palm Beach Hall, which is run by Robyn Barrie. Robyn runs a one hour class on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday from 9am to 10am, or on a Tuesday from 5.30pm to 6.30pm, or on a Thursday for a one and a half hour class from 5.30pm to 7pm. For something somewhat different and “new” the Palm Beach Hall also has a 5 rhythms class on a Friday night from 7.30 to 9pm, which is movement practice (no dance experience required). ”
