35 minutes by car from Matsuyama Airport. It is a 13-minute drive from Iyo Interchange. 13 minutes by car from JR Iyo Station 3 minutes by car and 14 minutes on foot from JR Iyokanda Station. Dogo Onsen, sightseeing at Matsuyama Castle, and the Tobe Zoo are about 40 to 50 minutes by car. A cute house completely renovated in 2019, 9 minutes by car from JR Shimoda Station. The kitchen, bath, and toilet have also been newly renovated, and the 8-mat Japanese-style bedroom has been renovated. The Western-style living and dining area is about 10 tatami mats.Large deck terrace with front yard. If you want to play in the neighborhood... you can enjoy Fukai town as a base for sea, sky, and land play. Walk to the sea in swimsuit, about 2 min walk.
