Refurbished bedsit with reverse cycle aircon and comfortable queen bed. Own bathroom. Shared use of large garden, outdoor areas and pool. Fridge and microwave with coffee/tea making facilities. Toaster and plunger coffee. (No stove top or oven) Wifi, table and TV. Suits stays for one or two people. 10kms to city, close to railway, bus and park and bike path. Street parking only. If steps are an issue you can get an electric gate key in exchange for a $100 fully refundable deposit. No smoking!

A modern space located 10 minutes walk from Oxley Train Station & the Bus stops right outside the door. A stroll from Oxley's cafes & supermarket precinct. A separate compact Granny Flat with own side gate entrance & dedicated parking spot. All the conveniences you will need for your stay , a small kitchenette with a plug in cook top & an Air Fryer is provided for your convenience. (no oven available). If visiting patients at the Canossa Hospital we are directly opposite (1 minute walk)

Studio apartment in the heart of Graceville

Graceville is a leafy suburb on the Brisbane River, 10kms from the CBD. There are over 20 cafes and restaurants within a 1.5km radius and many local parks and walking tracks. There is a bus stop right at the front door and it is a 1km flat walk to the Graceville train station. Off street parking is available. Guests must like dogs as I have a German Shepard who likes to interact with guests. Due to shared areas (laundry; covered deck and pool) my place is not suitable for quarantine.

My place is close to public transport and family-friendly activities, shopping centres and Pub at the top of the Road. Many Restaurants in this suburb and surrounds. You’ll love my place because of the ambience, the location, and the outdoors space. All species of birds visit and you can see kangaroos on any day. My place is good for couples or a family of four. This is a very quiet street, great for writing, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with kids).
