This charming one-room apartment is located in a particularly beautiful area of ​​Deggendorf, high up in the Himmelreich (sky kingdom), yet within walking distance of the train station and not far from the center or the banks of the Danube. It is therefore a perfect starting point for long walks, hikes, or bike rides along the Danube or into the mountains of the neighboring Bavarian Forest. The apartment is freshly renovated, with a new bathroom, new mattress, and practical furnishings.

Enjoy the tranquility of our idyllically located farm in the Lower Bavarian Rottal. You sleep in the shepherd's wagon, on the edge of our garden on a meadow, next to the garden pavilion and grill. The car is equipped with a folding sofa bed, table and two chairs, a chest of drawers, electric heating and a kitchenette. This is equipped with a fridge, hotplate, filter coffee maker, kettle and dishes. In the house, a complete guest bathroom is at your disposal.

Das zweite unserer beiden Tinyhäuser bietet ebenfalls viel Privatsphäre mit eigenem Eingang und privater Terrasse. Unentgeltliche Parkmöglichkeit direkt vor der Haustüre, auf Anfrage könnt Ihr auch gegen Gebühr Euer Elektroauto bei uns laden (11 V) während Ihr Euch im Tinyhouse erholt. Das Häuschen liegt zentral zwischen Dingolfing (20 km), Straubing (22 km) und dem neuen BMW Werk in Strasskirchen-Irlbach (11 km).
