Very nice apartment with terrace+2 wheels+trailer

Completely new, cozy 2 room apartment in sunny basement with private parking, flat screen, WiFi, Wama&Dryer as well as south-facing terrace and 2 wheels with children's trailer, which we have lovingly furnished in our new building. The location is perfect: 200m as the crow flies to the beautiful canal and only 2 km to the center always along the popular and with very nice shops packed Warendorfer street. The favourite nightlife area in the south city and the port are also easy to reach.

This separate non-smoking apartment is located on the 1st floor above our garages and can be reached via the terrace and a staircase. We live in a very quiet location in the popular spirit district. Bus connection, shopping, bakery incl. Cafe, pharmacy, pub, Italian restaurant, kiosk and Clemenshospital all within walking distance. Motorway connection is excellent. The train station can be reached by bus connection (lines 1,4,9). Street parking is available.

You live in the middle of Warendorf's old town in a beautiful old half-timbered house. On the ground floor there is a quaint, cozy restaurant and the city center and the market square are within walking distance in just one minute. In our small "Sweet Home" there is a bedroom with TV, WLAN, armchair and a shelf (clothes storage).From here you can walk to the separate shower.
