Hiking trails, cross-country skiing or biking and walking trails are right outside the front door. The wonderful Bavarian Forest with its national park, or the three-river city of Passau, the Ilztal and the Wild West Town of Pullman City are very close.

A unique apartment in an absolutely secluded location in the Bavarian Forest awaits you. As a dog owner, you will have a particularly good time with us. Your furry friend can let off steam on our almost 1500 sqm fenced dog lawn. On the large wooden balcony you have an unobstructed view of the sunrise and the dog lawn. In the living area, there is a fireplace, a kitchen and in the large bathtub you can relax in the evening. From mid/end November to April, it is only accessible with a four-wheel drive!

The Straubinger Volksfest attracts, the Unesco World Heritage Regensburg, skiing or hiking in St. Englmar or on the Arber.

Here you can reach the peaks along a stream. There are also beautiful trails for mountain bikers.

There are two queen size beds, a wardrobe, a large couch, other seating options, a TV, a small mini-bar with a kettle, a fridge, a microwave and a toaster and of course a private small bathroom. However, this apartment does not offer cooking facilities.
