APARTMENT WITH MAGICAL ⭐️ SEA VIEW🌅

This lovely appartement has just been renovated (with new beds/mattresses). Perfect location: You can't be nearer the beach, it is just across the street! There is also an outdoor playground on the seafront where your children will be able to have a lot of fun. It is on the 3rd floor so you will enjoy the magical ocean view. The large balcony is well equiped with an outdoor sofa and armchairs where you can have a drink, read a book or just relax. An outdoor table and chairs are also provided.

☀️Beautiful facing sea...Favorite☀️

Very nice apartment ideal for 2 adults and 2 children. In front of the sea with large southwest facing balcony. 2nd floor without access. Fully equipped kitchen where you can find everything you might need. A very nice bathroom with an Italian shower. On the sleeping side, I chose a high-end BZ that ensures a comfortable bed and a comfortable 2-seater bed on the side of the night space. Direct Access to Beach with no road to cross. Close to nautical base,thalassotherapy, golf.

The apartment is on the 1st floor without elevator. It is located 200 m from the beach and close to the forest of the country of Monts. The accommodation consists of a main living / kitchen room (microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, toaster toaster, hob, hob, dishes, etc.). The room is spacious and bright with a 140 x 200 bed as well as a 90 x 190 bunk bed, duvet and pillows. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink and toilet. Bed and towels are not provided.
