Beautifully renovated apartment

A newly refurbished self contained apartment in a quiet residential area. It has a brand new kitchen and shower-room downstairs and a spacious bedroom and living area upstairs. The kitchen is fully equipped so you can be self sufficient during your stay. Tea, coffee, milk, juice and cereals are provided. We are 10 mins drive from the town centre and train station, 15 mins from the M1 and have easy access to A14 and A5. We are also approx. 30 mins from both Silverstone and Milton Keynes.

Our cosy space offers tiny living with luxury. We are confident that our small yet mighty space will meet your needs offering a comfy double bed, shower room, snuggly sofa and a fully fitted kitchen and inspire you on what can be created in a small space. Our cosy space is a renovated garage situated next to our house but you will have your own private entrance and lock safe. Parking is also available. Dogs are very welcome but please add them onto the booking as there is a charge .

Welcome to our home! The annexe has been converted and designed for your comfort and enjoyment. It is self contained and has private access and off road parking. We are located in a rural village with good pubs and walks on the doorstep. It is conveniently located with good road and rail transport links. The annexe is ideal for couples and solo travellers. Please do note as the picture show the annexe is a converted attic, so the ceiling height decreases at the edges of the rooms.

Beautifully restored stone barn in a lovely Northamptonshire village. Orlingbury has been named as one of Northamptonshires top village gems. The Barn is in the grounds of our cottage and has been renovated to a very high standard, retaining it's beautiful beams and restored with oak flooring, marble work surfaces, Fired Earth bathroom, White Company bedding, under floor heating and industrial chrome lighting. There is a great pub and cafe in the village and lovely walks.
