Lovely screened in porch and exterior deck for enjoying the lake views and a gas grill and picnic table outdoors. Great country roads for hiking and biking, a private lakeshore, dock and rowboat, lots of wildlife, great fishing, & incredible sunsets. Summer rentals are Saturday-Saturday (7nts), Spring and Fall are 3 nt minimums.

This camp is a cute spot to go "GLAMPING" right on Lake Champlain in Northern NY, a great spot to unwind and this area has great fishing. Studio style camp with electric, bathroom and kitchen. Your own little tiny home camp. There is a dock to fish off or just relax by the water and a spot out in the water to anchor a boat if needed. Plenty of room to also pitch a tent or two and hang by a camp fire. I also like to mention our camp is in a great location for ice fishing and trail riding.
