This place is great! If you have a family, your couple, alone, or just your friends, this place is perfect for it. The site is great and has a lot of activities. There are game systems for kids and the location is just one street off the main road of Bethesda. There is lots of room for activities and other guests. Book this place if you're in the area!

Lovely private apartment. Lots of thoughtful touches. Close to shopping and attractions. Perfect place to stay while getting my daughter settled into her dorm when we needed both easy access to American University and easy access to shopping. Comfy beds and pillows and my family tends to be picky about that

We loved this Airbnb. It's nicely decorated, very spacious, and comfortable. The garden is gorgeous! The towels were super soft. We had everything we needed. Melissa was very welcoming, she even had fruit and mini muffins waiting for us. I'm sure we'll stay here again in the future.

Christian's place got nice location, yet surprisingly quiet and private. quite responsive to make arrangement for parking, other logistics. the complex also got gym and swimming pool which are great for quick work out or simply relax. there are lot of restaurants within walking distance. Christian is a nice host and trustworthy.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property and would definitely recommend staying here! The property is affordable and very clean. The use of the lockbox made checking in very easy and our host was very responsive and accommodating of us during our stay.

Very nice place to stay

Incredible hosts. Heather and Brandon, made my trip to DC. I was welcomed from the moment they accepted my request to stay. I could not have been more comfortable if a had stayed with family. Heather saved me a parking spot, and stayed in communication with me while I traveled to her. They went out of their way to buy me breakfast, get me a metro card, and her husband Brandon mapped out the best possible route to take to travel into the city. He had also looked into things for me to do while I was there. Like local spots to see live music. If you ever have the opportunity to stay with them I most definitely would. They are beautiful inside and out!!

I stayed for one night at Heather's place. They are wonderful people, so sweet, they let me stay at their place so I could go to the Women's March. I was very comfortable and I am very grateful with them.

The accommodation was one of the best airbnb's we've experienced.Spacious and modern and clean. A basement apartment, though with good natural light, with the owners above so any questions quickly answered. A car is needed, but plenty of parking a few feet from the door. We would definitely stay there again.

Aida and her husband were such AMAZING hosts! I was welcomed by both of them with open arms immediately, and was told to make myself a home. They are both two wonderful outgoing hosts and made themselves available to me at all times. When one is not available, the other is definitely always available, which is great! The communication is always there. The unit is beautiful and definitely as described AND much more! The pictures are accurate. Their unit was organized and clean, with central air. I loved it. I will make sure to book this unit again in the future. Thanks for having us!

Very hospitable host. All the privacy a guest would need with every accoutrement a hotel could never offer. Would definitely be a first option if ever in the area again. Oversized space able to accommodate a small family. Space roughly 800 sq feet.

I stayed here for several weeks, Monday to Friday. The host was very accomodating with my arrival time and made sure I was able to pick up the key. Very close to train, highway and restaurants. It was a great place to stay and finish up my work in MD.

Lena is a very friendly and considerate host. The apartment is in a great location for easy access to the metro and also local running trails. I was in town for work meetings so didn't spend a lot of time in the apartment, but for quick visits to the area it's a nice place to stay. For longer stays, the laundry facilities are in the next building which is a little inconvenient, but if I was back in town for 1 or 2 nights I'd certainly stay again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with Yolanda and Gustavo. They are very warm and welcoming. The apartment was well located within an easy walk of the metro station. Our room was comfortable, and the private bath was directly across the hall. Breakfasts were delicious; we especially enjoyed the fresh fruit every morning. We would highly recommend this location to anyone visiting the Washington, D.C. area. We will be back!

Yolanda and Gustavo were wonderful hosts and were so warm and welcoming. It was a treat to have breakfast made for me. The room was clean, the bathroom was very clean, and the location was perfect as I was visiting a relative at NIH. This was a wonderful stay.

We had a truly wonderful stay with Yolanda and Gustavo during a very stressful and exhausting relocation to the Washington D.C. area. We were in need of a place to call home after arriving in the area and preparing to start new jobs. Gustavo and Yolanda's apartment was exactly what we needed to decompress and stage our big life change from. They could not have been more kind and welcoming to us. We felt bad that during the first several days of our stay we kept to ourselves due to being so tired, but they didn't seem to mind. Yolanda makes a great breakfast, which we enjoyed sharing with our hosts. The room is small, but very clean and comfortable with plenty of closet space. The bathroom was large and private, and included just about anything you might need by way of toiletries. We loved staying with Yolanda and Gustavo and highly recommend them.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay with Yolanda and her husband Gustavo. The room was exactly as it is pictured and breakfast was always great (fresh sliced fruit, coffee, bread, etc.). I subleased this place for a month while working in the city and found the commute really easy. The metro is close walking distance from the apartment and on the red line so getting anywhere in town is super convenient. There was also a gym in the complex and really nice running paths nearby. Yolanda and Gustavo are very sweet and I honestly felt like I was staying with family. We had great conversations and often sat around at the breakfast table chatting before heading off to work. Yolanda and Gustavo are also really helpful and were always very considerate about personal space. Their home is clean, and cozy (and you'll also notice that a lot of the amazing artwork was done by Yolanda herself!). I would recommend this home away from home to anyone interested in a really nice, low-key, metro/city accessible stay in the Bethesda or DC. area. My visit couldn't have been any more enjoyable and I encourage you to save yourself the stress of finding another hotel, room for rent or sublease- this is by far the best deal around.

One of our best stays in Airbnb. Yolanda and Gustavo are accommodating beyond expectations. Gustavo was very kind to pick us up ffrom the train station with all our big luggages while Yolanda was so sweet for preparing breakfast for us everyday before we leave. Their grand daughter Emilia is also adorable. We felt like part of a family. The room is very cozy and the bathroom is very clean and complete with toiletries. It is also accessible to the train station. Would definitely recommend this listing to friends.

The listing described was accurate. The room was clean and comfortable. We arrived in the middle of the night due to a canceled flight. Gustavo was very gracious to get up and let us in. He and Yolanda were very kind and the accommodations were clean and comfortable. They made us feel very welcome. Gustavo even drove us around to see the area and drove us to our concert and the metro.

I stayed at Trish's place for a month while I was taking a course at the NIH. This is a basement apartment. It's clean, cozy, and has all that you need to feel at home for an extended period of time. There's a full kitchen so I saved a lot by not having to order out. There is access to a washer and dryer so it's super convenient for long stays. The neighborhood is safe, clean and quiet. There's a bus stop about two minutes walk from the apartment that will drop you right outside the NIH campus. Trish has a beautiful garden to relax in at the end of a long day. She was extremely accommodating. I needed some assistance during the stay and she was quick to respond. I would definitely recommend her place to others and if I'm ever at the NIH for training. I'll be sure to look for her place.

Trish' s place is in a beautiful, quiet residential neighborhood. The accomadations are wonderful and we particularly loved the gas fireplace due to the cold weather. The apartment has everything you need to enjoy a comfortable stay. Trish was very welcoming and thoughtful, leaving us juice, coffee and tea.

Hamid made my first AirB&B experience a pleasant one by making check in and check out easy. The condo is exactly as advertsed. It is large an convenient to METRO, however the sound of the trains is practically unnoticeable. It is also about an 8 minute walk to a small, well stocked market.
