Nice suburban neighborhood, very quiet, total privacy. Off-street parking for free. Free Wifi, wide bathroom entrance, kitchenette. Cottage is detached from main home on property. No outrageous cleaning fees! We'll handle that-use that money for a nice dinner or two ;)

It is a corner of the host’s house as you come in the driveway and you have your own private parking spot and entrance remote from the rest of the house.
