Organic house meadow, quiet idyll near city, parking

The organic vacation home "Lichtberg 2" is the smaller of the two neighboring houses (both can be booked together for at least 6 people, see also "Biohaus Landl."). It is enchantingly located alone in the garden and on the field - and yet very close to the city (10 min. to the university, city, main station and highway). It has been optimally renovated in 2016 with high-quality materials. A beautiful home for 2, 3 guests who, for example, like to hike, meditate or just enjoy the healthy off-grid.

Near the city center in January 2021 renovated two-room apartment, about 250 meters from the PortaNigra. The apartment is on the first middle floor and accessible via stairs only. The small hallway leads into the living room with small kitchenette (fridge, microwave, double induction hob). Coffee machine, kettle, toaster, dishes, pots, spices, oil, vinegar available. Bedroom: 160 x 200 cm double bed, chest of drawers and clothes rail. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Parking on request.

Our apartement is located in Butzweiler near Trier in a quiet area with direct access to public transport. The bus stop is within two minutes walking distance. By car, you can reach Trier in 15 minutes. The motorway junction can be reached within 5 minutes. Butzweiler is close to the border with Luxembourg. Hiking trails start directly in Butzweiler and lead you through a historical and dreamlike nature. The premium hiking trail Römerpfad is an absolute highlight.

My place is close to nature and good air and peace and quiet. You will love the loft because of the outdoors space, the garden, the fireplace inside for the coziness, 63sqm to feel good in old walls with clay plaster inside. On the gallery is a 160cm wide bed and a desk, below a sofa bed. My place is good for couples, solo travelers, and Eifel fans. My accommodation is in the middle of nature on the outskirts of Kersch and yet only 15 minutes by car from the city center of Trier, 30 minutes from Luxembourg airport. You'll love my place because of the coziness of the old estate, high rooms, nature, views over vast fields, quiet location, relaxation.
