If you are looking for a gorgeous place to stay while exploring the Pacific coast, this is a great option. Craig was a fantastic host and had tons of suggestions for what to do in the area. If you've got time, definitely chat him up for good stories and conversation. His place was cozy and had lots of character. The views of the bay are as good as you're hoping they are–especially from the hot tub. The beach is just a short drive down the road, and if you're lucky you can see whales at the lighthouse nearby. Great experience all around!

Craig is a great guy and extremely welcoming into his home. The view and the hot tub are the highlights for sure. Walking distance to a few bars/restaurants but otherwise mostly secluded. Easy to get to with a car and close to the lighthouse and beautiful PCH. There are a few cats. They are always around but very sweet.

We had a wonderful time at "Crab Happy" (or Beautiful Pet-Friendly home!) in Netarts. OR. We were three couples and one four month old baby and we all had plenty of space and privacy. The house is super clean, well decorated, and spacious. Beautiful kitchen with all necessary for cooking. The photos included with the listing provide an accurate depiction of the property. The sleepy little town of Netarts was perfect for our jaunts up and down the coast.

Monica was great. Part of our party with young children contacted her regarding the possibility of an early check in and Monica was very accommodating, even with the short notice. The house was better than expected. Quite a pleasant stay.

I loved the house and how close it was to everything! The house had a few games and a puzzle, which was great, and the entertainment system was impressive. I loved all the porch areas too. I am used to walking everywhere so I was a bit surprised to find there are no sidewalks in this area - so be prepared to drive and watch for pedestrians when you are driving around. Overall a wonderful rental!

We had a lovely time at Crab Happy! The kitchen and deck were beautiful - we spent many meals outside enjoying the ocean view. The welcome packet at the house was really helpful and provided some good tips on hikes. The area was quiet and great for my kids to explore outside. We even had a magical moment watching two deer eat fallen apples in the yard.

This place is just awesome. The house is equipped with EVERYTHING. Crabbing with boat rental is 5min away and the people around are very nice.

The house was perfect for our 7-member family (5 adults, two young children plus a dog!). We mainly prepared meals at home and the island kitchen was spacious, well-stocked and comfortable to hang out in while cooking. The location of the house was excellent, next to Netarts Bay, close to beaches, Cape Meares and Tillamook. Could not have been better for our family weekend!The house itself is modern, comfortable, with all amenities.

It's located in a neighborhood in quiet Netarts and just a short drive to the beach. Monica was available and readily helpful when I needed her.

We had a wonderful time visiting Netarts! The weather was cloudy, but it never rained. The home was cozy, well organized, and had a great view. The vinyl collection, telescope, and the wood stove were also fun perks! The location was quiet and people we met while walking were friendly. We loved seeing the seals in the bay too! Alejandra was excellent at communicating with us before the trip. Our long weekend was packed with fun activities and it was nice to have a cool house to relax at after our busy days.

What a wonderful home away from home. The location is perfect—Netarts is a nice, local non-touristy town. The house has a great view of the bay and the ocean beyond. At low tide seals nap and swim on the sand bar visible from the front window and deck. The house was very clean, with comfy beds and all the kitchen stuff needed to prepare great meals (including condiments and a barbecue). The simple retro décor makes for a cozy retreat—great for reading or working. The wood burning stove is a huge plus on a rainy day. It was so great that I could bring my dog and just hang out. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for an affordable ocean spot. Netarts is off the beaten path, and just down the road from pricier Oceanside—and Netarts Bay oysters rock!

Great location with a beautiful view. We spent quite some time outside on the large deck, enjoying a beautiful sunset. The cabin is spacious and comfy and has a very nice feel to it. A great spot to get away from a busy city and unwind.

Great amenities and wonderful view! The living room and deck provide a great view of the bay. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals and we also tried the Schooner restaurant and lounge and it was delicious!

Heather was very accommodating. Due to an unforeseen circumstance, The Loft B was unavailable for our planned weekend stay. Heather offered us a larger place nearby which we thoroughly enjoyed. The whole process was very easy. We had a very relaxing stay!

Great space. This is a steal of a deal. Wasn't able to take advantage of the game room due to our schedule but that's a first for my airbnb stays. Internet service was wonky. That was really the only negative of the visit.

We very much enjoyed our time in Netart at Loft B. The check in/check out process was very smooth and we had no difficulty at all. We did not have any issues while we were staying at the Loft so we were not in contact with heather but I'm sure she would have provided a prompt assistance. The beds were very comfortable, with sufficient towels and linens provided and we were appreciative of the fans in each room. The size and location of the apartment was perfect for our needs and we enjoyed exploring the beaches and tillamook. Some suggestions we would make are that we had difficulty with the wifi (very weak) and the cable television also seemed to have a bit of a glitch (required to be turned off and on when changing channels?) The kitchen was well stocked and it was great to have items like oil, salt and pepper etc.. provided. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend the loft to friends and family.

This cute apartment was perfect for me and my three kids. They loved coming home to it after a day at the beach. We especially loved the game room. Clean and comfortable!

This is a very unique spot on the Oregon coast. Very few places will allow dogs and have private access to a wonderful beach. We hope to be back.

Unfortunately, we didn't get to meet Doug or his wife, though the cottage was everything we could have hoped for. It is very well appointed down to the spotting scope! Yesterday, the morning of departure, we used it to watch a flotilla of sea lions barking their way around the bay- it was truly magical. We love the location, the views, the amenities... Doug's dining and activities suggestions were also an added bonus, as we had never visited the area before. We will be back!

Cute little house and a great view of the beach and ocean. Super comfy and really appreciated the little amenities. Doug was especially accommodating in terms of bringing pets. (We ended up not bringing our dogs, but appreciated his willingness!) Hope to come back again.

Everything about this experience was lovely. Carol was attentive and one of the most considerate hosts I have met. The space was comfortable and I felt that all my needs were anticipated and met.

Carol was warm and inviting. She helped me find a headlamp and batteries so that I could walk to the beach at night. She was also a great tour guide, directing me to some beautiful hikes in the area. Her house was absolutely beautiful. I enjoyed all of the art, the baby grand piano, and the gorgeous view of the ocean from the dining room table. It was a perfect place to celebrate my birthday! It was raining almost the whole time that we were there, but the space was so lovely that we didn't mind at all.

Carol greeted us upon arrival and was available if we needed anything. The home was absolutely stunning and we loved drinking coffee on the balcony and listening to the waves. Carol provides a lot of amenities, our favorite being a picnic backpack that we loaded with wine and snacks and took to the beach.

Carol made me feel so welcome at her beautiful home. The Tree House Flat was amazing... very spacious & comfortable. You can tell that Carol has put a lot of love into designing the space. I especially loved the Three Arches book on the coffee table that tells the local story - a very special touch!

Pulling into the driveway with my boyfriend for a birthday getaway elicited an "oh heck yeah," but walking into the beautiful flat elicited an "OH MY GOD YES!" This place is beautiful, incredibly comfortable and just has a really nice feel/vibe to it. Carol was great from the start and so nice and thoughtful. Every amenity I could have thought of, she had provided. Such an awesome host! Also, was very stoked to use the hot tub and it was very relaxing -- but the chlorine was very strong, making us cough a few times. However, that being my only complaint - and minor at that - I still highly recommend this place. I've been telling my friends and co-workers and definitely think we'll be back!

We absolutely loved Carol's place! The description is dead on and our only disappointment was that we couldn't stay longer. It was incredibly peaceful and only a short walk from the beach. We can't want to come back and visit again!!

It was a warm comfy space close to the beach. The movie rentals were perfect for rainy days. Toys and games were a hit for our 7 year old. I really appreciated the stocked kitchen and stores close by that we could have meals in. Great house and hope to be back soon!

What a fun little cabin right by the bay! The whole family had a great stay. Everything was as described although there probably should have been a warning for people over 6 ft tall because the kitchen ceilings are a little low. I managed to make it work. The kitchen has all the equipment you'd need to cook anything you desire, so other than the low ceilings I was pretty happy. My kids loved all the bunk beds. Seriously, you could sleep 8 kids there in all the bunks. Awesome.

Warren's cottage is a fantastically cozy space located about 1 block from the beach! We enjoyed every moment of our trip and can't wait to come visit again and spend more time on the beach.

Our family had a wonderful time at the Beach House. Just a block from the beach, a view of the ocean, lots of room for kids and family time. Restaurants nearby. We could have stayed another week.

We are a family of four from Portland with two kids, aged 12 and 14. We LOVED Warren's place and will definitely return. First, it was great that he welcomed our two dogs. Second, it felt like a real holiday home -- very basic but with just enough to meet our needs (with the bonus of no TV, WiFi or dishwasher). Third, our adolescents appreciated having their own rooms. Fourth, the house has a view of the beach and is close to the water. In sum, the house is perfect for us and a great value.

We loved spending New Year's at Warren's cottage in Netarts! We were a group of five adults and the space was perfect for our party. It's difficult to find houses on the Oregon Coast that have enough beds so folks don't have to share, but you won't have that problem here! The cabin itself is very rustic, so if you're looking for an updated, upscale place on the coast, this is not for you. But if you're looking for a funky, quirky space that is still very comfortable, this fits the bill! And our dogs were comfortable there, too. Netarts is a fun, quiet spot on the coast that isn't overrun with tourists. The beach is about a block away from the cottage, and even with gale force winds (which you would expect in December/January), it was beautiful! And we also had a great meal and fun time at Schooner's, less than half a mile away from the cottage. Warren was also an excellent communicator and provided great directions. Even though he's not on site, the folks at a nearby hotel can provide anything that you need. And best of all, Warren doesn't have a laundry list of check-out procedures that make leaving time consuming and cumbersome. We made sure to leave the space as we found it, but Warren didn't expect us to do the laundry or sweep the floors. I really appreciated that, as I've stayed in lots of places at the coast that expect you to practically clean the whole place even though they charge a cleaning fee! Spending New Year's Eve and Day at Warren's cottage was a great way to ring in 2016, and I look forward to going back in the summer!

What a lovely home! Judy's place is clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. Practically every window has a view of the ocean. AND bonus, checkout is at 11am!

I couldn't imagine a more beautiful beach house. There were so many spaces both private and for a large gathering. The white doors and woodwork with the pale blue walls made a fresh presentation that mimic the colors of the ocean, sky and clouds. Tasteful artwork at every turn. Loved the large living room, long dining room table, jacuzzi tub with the round bathroom window, stained glass pelican window upstairs, the grandness of the "crow's nest" bedroom with its luxurious French doors with crystal doorknobs, multiple bunk beds downstairs for young cousins to enjoy. The sun room was beautiful and private and the patio on the main level was perfect for watching the sunset or for couples to have some private time. I loved every detail of this fresh, modern, updated, artistic, beautiful and comfortable beach house. THANK YOU!

A fabulous place for a relaxing family vacation/getaway. If you're looking for a low-key, beautiful spot with lots of room and incredible views, then this is it. Very clean, very well maintained, with lots of room for a big family or group of friends. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking great meals and the family room was perfect for hanging out and playing board games with a stunning view of the ocean.

Judy's house was gorgeous - as were the views! We loved staying here. The home has lots of room, which was perfect for our family of 6, and it was perfectly clean, nicely designed, well-stocked with games, kitchen equipment, etc. and lots of good indoor and outdoor space for spending time together or apart. And communication and coordination with Judy was wonderfully easy. Just two things to be aware of: (1) this house is a 20-minute drive from central Tillamook, and the grocery stores / gas stations / restaurants that are there. Definitely worth it to be right on the coast, but just a warning in case you need to be more centrally located. And (2) only one of the 3 bathrooms has a shower - the others have tubs. Again, not a problem for us at all, but just something to be aware of. We loved it and would definitely stay at this beautiful home on the coast again.

The property itself had a very well stocked kitchen which came in handy when we made crab cakes with our freshly caught crab! Netarts itself is a small town, but close to everything. The views were amazing and the beach outside was quiet and relaxing. Highly recommended to anyone headed to the coast!

Monica's place was perfect, everything you need for a family get away. We cooked everything and the house had everything needed for the occasion, too pots and pans to cooking utensils along with 2 grills a propane and a charcoal. Along with a good coffee pot for the morning (were big coffee drinkers) House was overall perfect for us. Great view all the pictures were good. The house was great and well stocked. Very nice views. My only complaint is no chairs on the balcony so I recommend bringing some beach chairs and you're set. We also ended up doing some crab fishing and having fresh Dungeness crab. Very wonderful weekend!!!

We loved our stay here. Original decor from the late 70s/early 80's and there are family photos on the wall to prove it. Totally Instagram worthy. Quiet area, family friendly, pet friendly : awesome place to unplug (no cell reception but wifi) and relax. Close to great beach spots and places for day hikes. If you're preparing meals here, there are a lot of dishes, but bring in things like cutting boards, sharp knives, cookware.

The views from this house are amazing. It is very comfortable. Such a relaxing space!

Loved Tillamook and the Salty Dawg! A little confusing to find out way around but I can't think of a better place to be lost

This place was so cozy! And fun and so 70's in all the right ways! We had a blast. Close to the beach and great for kids. Even when rainy. The only thing was I kept trying to find the wifi code and didn't.

This place is awesome. Feels more like a family home than a rental.

We had a great time staying here. The beds were comfortable, the yard was pretty big and great for our dog even though it was unfenced, and the kitchen was well-stocked with supplies for us to cook. The view from the living room and the hanging fire pit were also among the best parts of the home. Although there were other homes nearby, it felt secluded and perfect for a getaway.

Wonderful location in a quiet coastal town. This house worked perfectly for our two families and our dogs. The view could have been enjoyed better without the fog but that's not Michael's fault. Thanks again for the hospitality.

First of all, Michael was very flexible and easy to work with well before we arrived at his home. He made sure that we knew about amenities and area restaurants. He was flexible about arriving time and start time. He even made it a point to check in early on to make sure that the stay was going well. The home is beautiful. The million dollar view of Netarts Bay is an apt description. The deck is quite comfortable and relaxing. The house is also quite beautiful. The kitchen is modern and well-equipped with new appliances. The beds were comfortable, sheets and towers were neat and fresh and there was plenty of hot water for showers. The Theater room in the loft is quite spectacular. We didn't really make use of it as we were more interested in taking a break from electronics. This is a great location for day trips. We really enjoyed the nearby village of Oceanside for breakfast. My adult children took a guided trip to learn stand-up paddle boarding. They have become new fans. This home provides an excellent escape to the beautiful Oregon coast. I would highly recommend it to anyone who would enjoy a relaxing time away.

We had a great stay at Michael's home at Netarts. Really, the view made the stay so relaxing and tranquil. It was hard to leave at the end of the week. The photos truly do not depict how great the house is. Our adult sons (twenty somethings) especially loved the "media loft". Michael kept in touch prior to our stay offering suggestions as needed. During our stay he checked in to make sure things were going well. He was very responsive when we had questions. We took lots of walks, visited Cape Meares and Cape Lookout, hit the Tillamook Cheese Factory and bought a few items at the Saturday Farmer's Market in Tillamook. The Schooner restaurant is a short walk below the home. We enjoyed beer and dinner there one evening and hit Rosanna's in Oceanside for lunch. The home could easily accommodate 2 families with all the kids staying upstairs. We wouldn't hesitate staying here again.

We had a great time staying at Mary's house in Netarts. It was a quick walk to the beach (go past the Schooner restaurant to find the sand). We watched the Perseid meteors from the back yard one night and from the shore the next. We went to Cape Meares and Cape Lookout. It was a great way to spend a long weekend!

It is a very quaint little house that is in a mellow area and great for kids. I liked the beach next to the bay on the way to Oceanside. It was much less daunting for small kids than seeing big waves come to shore.

The cabin itself was great, of course. The kitchen was extremely well stocked and equipped, including wine on the table and a Weber grill ready to go in the garage. We are a cook-in and eat-in family, and found the place ideal for us. The bay is about a block away, an easy walk. But ultimately, hosting is a people business, and that is where Mary's quality shows. The house essentially has 2 rules: no shoes indoors + enjoy your stay. Mary was there if needed, by text, but did not hover or check up on us. I hope she has other properties we can visit!

We had an amazing stay at Mary's Oasis by the Sea. Went for a long beach walk up to Oceanside, toured the Tillamook Cheese Factory, and were able to use some of the cheese we bought to make Mac n' Cheese from scratch, thanks to Mary's fully stocked kitchen! What a delight to share a house with a group of four families! The kitchen was delightful and the views were amazing. We had a foraging weekend and feasted on mushrooms, clams, and even seaweed salad. Parents and kids all had a great time. The pool table room was fun!

This was a great house for complete relaxation. Even if the weather is rainy you get the feeling of being right on the water. We loved that walks to the right were ocean and walks to the left were on the bay.

I enjoyed my stay at the bungalow! It's cozy, clean, and has huge windows on the western side of the house with amazing views of the beach. The decor is retro and charming. You won't find cable or internet (not that you need it), but there are plenty of books and movies to enjoy. The kitchen is well stocked and should have everything you would need for a short stay. I loved the little bungalow and hope to return on future visits to Oceanside.

We stayed here over the 4th of July holiday and were thrilled that Britt's Oceanside Bungalow was even better than the pictures represented. We absolutely loved the layout and the decor. It was very clean and more spacious than we anticipated. The view was spectacular, and the location was a two minute walk to downtown or the beach. We plan on coming back to this bungalow and Britt was very easy to coordinate with. Very pleased with our stay!

My daughter, granddaughter, husband and I loved our stay at Britt's Oceanside bungalow. The house was clean, neat, and well-appointed, with beautiful views of the beach and Three Arch Rocks from the two picture windows. The beach is a short walk away, as are the local restaurants. My husband and I had a fabulous time at the Oceanside A-Frame, it's a shame we were only there for two nights! It's so wonderful to hear the ocean all the time! Emily's instructions were very clear so we found the place without problems and there were some magazines with information about the area in the apartment so we could get some inspiration for sightseeing. The Tillamook Cheese Factory is awesome!

While the weather was wild, Emily's aframe provides an unparalleled view like no others. We watched the ocean charging the beach angrily and fruitlessly under the grey sky from the safety of our hearth, where Emily has decorated with rustic, unique furniture. Highly recommend!

Best Airbnb we've found!

This place is cozy and comes with a perfect view of the ocean! The beach is really easy to get to, and it was wonderful to hear the ocean waves at night. We enjoyed sitting out on the patio every morning with a cup of tea. Emily was a wonderful and attentive host. My husband and I would love to use Emily's place again.

Wonderful getaway, quiet location. The Beachside A-Frame is the perfect place for a getaway from the city. With unobstructed views of the Pacific and only the sound of the crashing waves, a great place to catch up on reading, play some boardgames or just have a glass of wine and watch the tides roll in and out. Emily's stylish mod decor adds to the experience. We had visits from a raccoon and the "resident" seagull. As with any place where the rule of thumb is that guests wash their own dishes, unfortunately sometimes that means the dishes don't get cleaned properly which was the case upon our arrival. Also the fireplace was not cleaned out. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would certainly recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to get away.

This has easily been one of my favorite places I've stayed with air bnb. Emily was quick with any communication, and the loft was absolutely beautiful. I could not have asked for a better place to spend my few days on Oregon's amazing coastline. I would seriously recommend checking this place out. And let's not forget the beaches, which are not overrun with tourists and really give you a strong sense of what the locals must feel day in and day out. Do yourself a favor and book a long stay here.

i love this place.

An absolutely outstanding value for million dollar ocean views and the sandy beach of Oceanside just down the hill. Gary's cottage is a perfect get away, offering a cozy home base with everything you need, down to the crab traps, to feel like you're a local. :) On top of it all, Gary himself is a friendly and super responsive host. Cannot recommend him or the cottage more highly. Do stay here if you have the chance!

You won't regret this place at all. The town is quaint and welcoming.
