At the end of the garden there is a small private sandy beach with lake access where guests can bring canoes, kayaks or a lake boat to the shallow waters and mooring on the property. Lough Derg is an excellent water sports location and a world famous fishing destination for brown trout and coarse fishing, particularly renowned for its Mayfly season.
