We had a nice stay in Mortola inferiora. The apartment is located a few kilometers from Menton and Monte Carlo and is ideal for day trips. A special feature of the apartment is the great view directly to the sea. One can watch the sunrise from the balcony. Communication with Rafaella worked very well. I recommend you.

This is a beautiful apartment with a spectacular view. It is right next to the famous Hanbury Botanical Garden and close to many good restaurants and shopping areas. A car or the use of taxis/uber is essential unless you want to hike a bit. There is secure parking on the roof. We loved this place and plan to return.

The apartment is very nice, well equipped and beautifully. The must is the unobstructed view of the sea, and the small balcony where one can have meals while contemplating the magnificent panorama. The less is a bedroom small and dark, lit only by two skylights overlooking the entrance hall. But this is a minor inconvenience considering the quality of the living room and kitchen area.

Valerie's place was awesome. There was a lot of room to spread out even though it was only me. The view is amazing from the kitchen and it was super easy to get to and to get around especially to the beach. I highly recommend this place!

Apts are very clean and exactly as on photos. Host is super responsive and willing to help. All the questions we had were resolved within a day. Great free parking just in front of the building. 5 minutes walk to the seashore/promenade. Rail station is in 7 minutes walk, and we have found trains very affordable and the great way to explore all the Cote D'Azure. Wi-fi in the apts is about 20 mbps but it may lag when the weather is really bad.

The apartment was very spacious and nicely decorated. Happy there was an elevator as we had a lot of luggage. Jonathan was also very informative. The flat is located in a good area and just a short train away from Monaco without the price of Monaco!

We stayed 2 nights in Magali's place. It was very clean, quiet and comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped and we were able to cook ourselves a nice breakfast and a last minute dinner on our 1st night as we arrived a bit late. There was a supermarket cross the street that closed at 8.30pm but 5 mins later we found carrefour that was closing at 9pm. Very convenient. We arrived by car and there was a free parking in front of the building. Magali was very helpful and replied promptly to our message. The neighbours and neighbourhood was very quiet and seemed safe. In walking distance we were in the old city or by the sea. Everything was close enough for us. We followed Magalis suggestions for restaurants and coffee and we were very pleased with everything. The sofabed was comfortable to sleep 2 nights but if it was for longer (personally) we would prefer a bed. The train station is nearby. You can hear the trains passing by but they are not regular and not that loud. There's a nice view from the balcony. It was a very good stay and we will definitely recommend and hopefully go back for another weekend in Menton.

Apartment was well located - close to the beach, city center and train station. Apartment was exactly like in photos with great balcony, however the biggest disappointment was lack of good communication. There was VERY limited toilet paper rolls, shampoo and shower gel. We stayed there for tree nights and had to buy our own toilet paper because in our price were included only ONE toilet paper roll as well as one little LITTLE shampoo and shower gel. As well there wasn't any kind of cooking supplys, oil and spices. The apartment was ok, but we didnt feel like at home. And one more thing - as a people who didnt read the house rules we were surprised that we had to clean the apartment!!

Alessio and Finny made us feel incredibly welcome; they offered to collect us from the airport but we opted to take the train from Nice because we knew of the fantastic views from the carriages on that costal route. Alessio kindly collected us from the station and drove us to the apartment, which is in the historical part of the town - it was like stepping back into history (or into the Assassin's Creed video game!) The location was nice and quiet- no cars drive down the narrow alley which the flat is on- but it is just 5-10mins walk from the town centre and from the beach (Be warned: the hills up to the flat are steep!). The flat felt very safe and secure, was very clean and was even more spacious than it appears in the photographs. It has a lovely balcony from which there are spectacular views of the town and surrounding mountains. Our hosts had prepared a wonderful hamper for us with enough ingredients for a simple dinner, as well as some wine. There was also some delicious muscato chilling in the fridge for us! We can't thank them enough: they were friendly and accommodating and we enjoyed our trip immensely- I am sure we will stay there again!

The apartment lived up to our expectations, was very clean and well equipped. We stayed three people there and were quite comfortable. We enjoyed our two weeks stay very much, the wonderful late, warm evenings on the balcony with the city below will be hard to forget. We really enjoyed our charming, beautiful and lively medieval part of town where we discovered something new around the corner every day. We experienced Italy and Ventimiglia in the best way possible and would be happy to return to Alessio's & Finny's apartment again. Ventimiglia has a fantastic market hall, and the town's infrastructure works well, it is easy to catch a train or a bus to nearby cities and lovely small towns on the mountain side nearby, both in Italy and France.

The view from this apartment is unbeatable. It is a nice access point to both the French side and Italian side. We adventured to the beach which is an adventurous small hike to a beautiful secluded beach (maybe secluded only for us as we were there in early May). Alessandro was super helpful and flexible with us when our plans changed! He was very easy to get in touch with and made our stay at his place welcoming!

We arrived by car, and found a parking space close to the appartment. Prune was there, and ensured that all was ok. We were happy about the appartment, its location and the cleanness of the place. Prune also was very hospitable, and I would like to recomend the appartment to other families.

This flat is in a good position being close to the waterfront and old town and a short walk to the train station. It was nice and clean and the bed was comfortable. Prune communicated well prior to arrival. One thing that was not mentioned is the train line runs in front of the house. We didn't actually hear any trains though but we did have the windows closed. Logement satisfaisant pour un court séjour ! Nous avons séjournés 3 nuits, Et Nous en sommes globalement satisfaits. Nous y étions que pour dormir donc sa petite taille ne nous a pas du tout dérangés! La cuisine est équipée et fonctionnelle, il ne manque rien, la salle de bain est en bonne taille, pratique, la machine à laver est un réel + pour les séjours un peu plus long. La douche est correct, Dommage que seule la petite pomme de douche ne fonctionne . Le lit est correct pour un court séjour, mais nous n'aurions pas apprécié dormir Plus de 3 nuits sur un BZ. Et le point négatif est que nous n'avions pas de couette, donc en Avril malgré les températures agréables la journee, nous avons eu froid la nuit. Nous avons mit le chauffage, un peu Dommage, Surtout quil n'a pas été allumé depuis longtemps donc tres poussiéreux et l'odeur était peu agréable de ce Fait. La TV Et la Wifi sont tres appréciables, les rangements pour les vêtements également. Hôte très gentil, disponible, prévoyant. Super court séjour à Menton.

Really well disposed little studio that has everything you need to feel comfortable. It is placed in walking distance to the old town and works perfect for discovering the cute town of Menton. There are planty of restaurants on the beach front. There is no view but it is quiet towards the court side of the building. Nice, clean and good value for money. Definitely recommendable.

We enjoyed our stay at Sheila and David's apartment in Menton - such a beautiful part of the world! The apartment is perfect for use as a base to explore the area. My host was really kind and flexible despite some car problems I had postponing my arrival time. He shew me the way to the old town center and gave me precious informations. The town center is lively and a covered market of fresh food is there every morning. A small market of handcraft products is there at night and a bigger one on Saturday. The "studio" is small but very well equipped - beyond my expectations - and comfortable. I could cook and do the laundry - even iron it when needed. The balcony is in the back side of the building and there is no view but it's quiter. The parking inside the building is large and I could keep both my car and my bike there protected from sun or improbable rain :) The nicest beachclubs are just in front of the building! You just have to cross the road. And the "Promenade" is relaxing and takes you rapidly both to the Italian border or to Cap-Martin which is also a special and magic place to visit. I enjoyed going there running by the sea or riding my bike. From Cap Martin a gorgeous path looking down on searocks takes you to stunning beaches on the other side of Cap Martin just before Montecarlo. People in Menton are very friendly and even if I was there alone I soon felt very comfortable and welcomed there. Montecarlo and other pretty places like Cap d'Ail and Eze-sur-Mer are just a few kilometres away. Great stay!

Christiano and Roberta's place is excellent! Very central on a lovely street and very genuine, you feel like a local! They were so helpful with queries and coming to meet us. We had a wonderful stay, Menton is great and we would definitely stay here if we were in Menton again.

Everything was just as described : we met right in front of the door at exactly the minute we had agreed upon, Cristiano was there with wife and baby ...he was very friendly, showed me everything : the flat is super central, 2 minutes to a beach, 3 minutes to another, 5 minutes to the bus station. Supermarket 200 m away for everything you need.The main square of the old town is at the door step. The house is old but done up, bathroom copletely new. Might be hot but there is a very strong and silent fan . I really fell for the cote d azur and for the easy way to travel about, the amount of different things to see and the super cheap prices of the public transports... will come againd off season

The Short: A nice place for 2 people who are comfortable with each other can stay. It's small and can be noisy at night, but the location in town is great. We would probably stay here again, but it would be nice if there was a way to get air circulating in the place without opening the window, because that can get noisy. The Host: Cristiano was great to us. He was waiting for us outside of the building when we arrived, despite our late train time. He kindly explained everything to us, and immediately answered when we called him in a frenzy, needing a cab. The Location: My boyfriend and I picked Cristiano's place because of its central location in Menton. It's right in the middle of town near restaurants and the water. If you need a cab, the best way is to walk to the train station (10 minutes) and you will usually find 1 or 2 waiting there. The Place: It's a small studio with a small bed that fits two people who are willing to be quite close to one another. The bathroom is beautifully updated, and Cristiano keeps the place stocked with kitchen essentials. The issue is there's no AC and the room gets hot easily without opening the window. But then it's noisy because there are still vehicles driving down the nearby road at all hours of the night. So you're forced to choose between temperature and noise level. Also, the building's pretty old, and emits a strange scent that neither of us particularly liked.

Lovely flat within 1 min walking distance from a nice pebble peach. Flat has been recently refurbished and is very clean. Everything was as described. Menton and Monaco can easily be reached by car or by buses which seem to run frequently. Many thanks to Manon who met us when we arrived and explained everything clearly.

This is a very compact, bright, clean condo about 1 block from the pebbly beach. Manon is very helpful. Although it was small for adults were able to manage. It is close to restaurants and the promenade. It was so nice to have a secure indoor garage. We would definitely return to this place

Ce lieu a une histoire particulière que David raconte avec plaisir car il lui tient à cœur. Le studio est refait à neuf, bien agencé et meublé avec goût. Nous avons pris plaisir à nous y retrouver après nos balades dans la région. Les petites attentions présentes dans le logement démontrent de la prévenance de l'hôte envers ses invités. Sylvie was a lovely host, she made us feel very welcome. She was there to help us out whenever we needed it and was extremely kind and generous. The room was ideal size for two people, very clean and had everything we needed. It was our first time using Airbnb but after the experience we had with Sylvie we would definitely use it again. Brilliant value for money, comfortable, clean and wonderful hosts. There is a lovely table outside which is a great place to relax or eat in the afternoon. The location was perfect, close to the old town, within walking distance of the train station and a short stroll to the beach.

My suitcase was stolen from the train between Marseille and Nice. I arrived in Menton with the clothes on my back. Sylvie was so accommodating - she made up a care package of toiletries for me, offered to lend me some of her clothes until I could go shopping the next day, invited me into her home for dinner the evening I arrived. Above and beyond. I was so touched. The location is perfect, the neighborhood quiet, and the flat in very comfortable. I wouldn't hesitate stay here again.

Небольшая, но очень уютная студия. Прекрасное расположение - до вокзала 6 мин пешком, до моря 10 минут, до автостанции с которой идут автобусы до Монако и Ниццы 2 минуты. Продовольственный магазин напротив дома. Очень приятный балкон, оборудованный столиком и стульями, где приятно завтракать. В апартаментах есть все необходимое, хорошая посуда, все чисто и приятно. С удовольствием могу порекомендовать это жилье.

The apartment has everything you need to stay, including information about the region, beach equipment. The studio is located in 100 meters from the sandy beach. We had a nice stay in Menton. The apt is as advertised, but, like a previous guest noted, pretty tiny for any more than two people. The location is good for beach access and about a 12 minute walk to the old town of Menton.

The location is excellent, not too far from the old town and close to other amenities I met the host who showed me around and was very helpful The apartment is small but well organised and comfortable for two people. Any more other than small children and it would be a bit of a squash Murray

I had a wonderful stay in this cozy studio, which is indeed right across the street from the beach, a supermarket, the post office, restaurants and within a block from the bus stop and pharmacy - and only 3 blocks to the Garavan train station. Sea's communication (email, text, phone) and hospitality are TOPS! and his courtesy and enthusiasm are welcome. His wife's nice touches are also present, and the bunk beds are good for well-behaved kids. He is very eager to host guests in his studio, show his love for Menton, and what to see to enjoy your stay. I would love to come back again. I did not want for anything in the studio, and he has thought of so much for his guests. The wifi also worked well. Please keep it as tidy as he does, and follow the checkout list. Only one caution - the bath water is best at the center, or slightly left, and do not turn it too far left as it will be hotter than one can touch. It is only 500-800 meters or maybe half a mile to Italy's border and the archeological museums there, or to the heart of the pedestrian shopping or downtown Menton - easily walkable. I was there just after the Lemon / Citron Festival in Feb/March. There is also a jazz festival in August. You are about 12 km / 8 miles to Monaco in the west or the first main town (1 stop train) in Italy in the east, and less than 1/2 hour to Nice by bus, train, airport bus. The TGV goes to Nice and a good local train goes to Menton (endpoint is Ventimiglia / Ventemille). It is very relaxing at the studio and not overrun by tourists or noise. However, you can be almost anywhere by bus or train within 1-2 hours, including the connection to Paris. You will enjoy your stay as much as I did.

These apartments we have chosen for the second time. They are fully consistent with the description. Very clean, friendly neighbors, very quiet at night. The beach and the big supermarket opposite, the old town 10 minutes away. Very nice and hospitable hosts. I highly recommend these apartments

We enjoyed our stay in this studio - the location was ideal. A quick walk to the old town, which meant we could get out lunch from the covered market each day. Beaches just across the road, and easy access to the Menton Garavan train station, which made using the TGV very easy. The apartment was very clean, exactly at the photos show, and had everything we needed. We appreciated the fact it had a bath, and the bed in the lounge was comfortable and easy to pull in and out so we could have more space during the day. Sea was easy to contact and provided us with all the information we needed before getting there.

Quiet location on back of building, light, even with small balcony, good kitchen, clean sheets and towels, clean flat. Opposite of beach, supermarket and playground for children. All was ok! Will be back. Thanks!

Lovely man and lovely. Good position to explore Menton and opposite the beach. I will be using the place again
