Wake up with a magnificent view of the Mosel

The apartment has a special atmosphere ... a mixture of old and new and the rooms merge into each other. You first enter the dining area and look through the bright living room with the wide view into the Eifel. Two steps down you´re entering the cozy living room with a big sofa an then you´ll find the sleeping area with double bed (160x200cm) and a stable bunk bed for children and adults. Daily breakfast possible in our café/bistro. We also serve lunch and dinner on opening days.

Cozy apartment on the beautiful Hunsruck

Hoxel is close to Hahn Airport (26 km), Trier (46 km), Wittlich (40 km), Bernkastel-Kues (25 km), Idar-Oberstein (22 km), Erbeskopf (10 km). In Hoxel there is a restaurant and small fresh produce market. In Morbach (5.7km) you will find a number of pubs, restaurants, supermarkets and small shops. A wide range of leisure activities: hiking, cycling and Nordic walking routes, swimming, golf, tennis, toboggan runs in summer and ski slopes in winter at the "Erbeskopf" recreation area.

It all started with a dream. Natural chalets to the national park. This is how our new vacation homes in Allenbach are called. The natural family houses are identically furnished inside. One chalet is called Franz, the other Marie-Luise. Like our two kids. The smell of the wood brings the desired relaxation. A free electric car is available for the duration of the stay. They only pay the electricity for charging. The electric car is a Hyundai Kona brand.

Remise of a historic water mill in Hunsrück

The Schülersmühle is hidden in the Rhineland-Palatinate part of the Hunsrück in the romantic Dhrontal, a side valley of the Moselle, not far from Bernkastel-Kues, the Erbeskopf as the highest elevation in Rhineland-Palatinate and directly under the castle of Hunolstein near Morbach. In the former horse stable and hayloft of the Schülers Mill, the restored house of 90 square meters is now housed, which grants a proper hostel between 2 and 5 people.
