Very nice T2 of 30m2, refurbished and equipped, completely independent and adjoining our villa 5 minutes walk from the village center of Saint Drézéry (large park, shops, restaurant, tennis...). Ideally located, surrounded by vines and greenery, the accommodation is located 20 minutes from Montpellier, 15 minutes from Sommières, 45 minutes from Saint-Guilhem-le-Désert and Nîmes. For swimming, the beaches are 30 minutes away (Carnon, Plalavas, Grande-Motte), the Hérault Gorges are 45 minutes away and lakes are nearby.

Tiny air-conditioned house of 36 m2 fully equipped , wooden terrace of 27 m2 and its integrated jacuzzi. It can accommodate 4 people with pool view. This will be shared with us until 5 p.m. maximum , discretion and respect requested . Anyone outside the rental is not accepted ...except on exceptional request. The trampoline , boules court and foosball will be at your disposal . I'm holding your ATTENTION because two big Bernese herdsmen will be on the ground.

Small house surrounded by vineyards, in a quiet wine property, perfect for 4 people. Small garden with barbecue and shoots for delicious grills. Located 25 minutes from Montpellier, 30 minutes from the beaches, 10 minutes from the Pic Saint Loup, this small haven of peace will allow you to discover the hinterland, to walk in the vineyards while enjoying the beaches around Montpellier.
