The apartment is outfitted with designer Italian furniture, avocado mattresses & Harmon Kardon sound. Note: I provide starter kit: trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher & washing machine pods. There is a Nest thermostat. In the warm months, the AC range is 72-77. The thermostat is locked. This means you cannot set it lower than 72 or higher than 77.

You'll love our place because it is close to everything... the McAllen Convention Center, shopping, and birding hotspots. It is also a great place to stay in, relax and get away from it all. It is budget & family friendly. No parties, please. We live in a quiet community & want to keep it that way! There is transition trim between rooms. Please take care if you use a walker or wheelchair. We offer local channels, no cable. We have covered parking (2 spaces). limit 4 people, no pets.
