Charming house with big terrace

Hello, I'm Marisol, I have restored, respecting the rural character of the building, my grandparent house located in Pasarón de la Vera , village in the province of Cáceres declared of historic interest. The house has four bedrooms and three bathrooms. The maximum capacity is 10 people. On the ground floor there is a separate apartment (search apartment-loft in Pasaron de la Vera) with additional capacity for two adults and two children. The kitchen, dining room and siting room are large and very nice terrace full with plants with a big table and chairs. Sheets and towels are provided and beds will be ready when you arrive. Pasarón de la Vera is well situated for visits to historical paces and country excursions. It is 12 km from Cuacos deYuste (retirement place l of the Emperor Charles V), 105Km from Cáceres and 102 Km from Trujillo. It is a very green area with with chestnut and oak trees and even if summer days are hot, nights are cooler. You can do many excursions to natural pools or Monfrague Natural Park (35 km), rent canoes, horseback riding or rent a quad. In the house there are many brochures about the area, but if you need any information about where to eat or what to visit you can contact me and I will try to help you. Very bright, all outside and with a balcony with amazing village and mountain views. The living room is furnished with comfortable sofas and armchairs, perfect for resting after a day of exploring in nature.

Clara Isabel's Apartments, Apartamento adalberti

The Adalberti apartment is one of the 3 apartments that make up La Casa Nido. It is on the top floor, (in addition to accessing the building there are 9 steps at the main entrance) and shares a garden and pool with the other two apartments, Bonelli and Caeruleus. It has an impressive living-dining room-kitchen where you can enjoy all the comforts and spaciousness of an open space, with high ceilings and attics and a terrace with beautiful views of the stream of the houses and an unbeatable view of the village. It has a fully equipped kitchen, including fridge, dishwasher, oven, coffee maker, washing machine… in addition to a central island with integrated bar to enjoy the best company while cooking. A stunning room with a spectacular “King Size” bed with another private terrace to enjoy the stars just before sleeping. The bathroom has a large shower where you can relax after the intense days of walking around Monfragüe. Pool season: Late May – mid-September.
