Regensburg can easily be reached in 12 minutes by car. The apartment is on the first floor in a detached house. The terrace on the east side is ideal for breakfast with the morning sun. The terrace on the south side has an open fireplace and leads into the garden. The hosts live on the 2nd floor.

Guests walk on original 17th century pine boards. There is one kitchen for guests. The hosts live on the second floor. The office is on the ground floor. There is also the opportunity for hiking.
