Access to the beach is via a small footbridge at the edge of the forest, the surf school is just at the end. Behind the building the bike path can take you tothe lake or town. Within a 5-minute walk you will find the pedestrian street with its restaurants, bars, shops, entertainment and delicious ice cream. It is a bright, warm and quiet apartment.
