Entire cozy basement living area and private bedroom. Access is through the back door of the house and down the stairs. It is separated from the rest of the house upstairs by a locked door. It does NOT have an actual kitchen, but has a coffee maker, microwave and fridge. A fenced backyard if you're traveling with a dog ($25 pet fee per visit). In the heart of the Millcreek area of Salt Lake City; minutes away from hiking and bike trails, 30 minutes away from the best skiing in the world.
