On the 1st floor without elevator I'm available to give you whatever help you want. Between the walls of the old town, at the foot of the castle of Annecy, come and enjoy the alpine tradition. Discover its historical heritage and gastronomy during an excursion in its lively streets, or give in to the call of the canals and the famous lake. 600 meters from train and bus station. Paid public indoor parking 50 meters away Free parking 700 meters away The apartment (45m2) is located on the courtyard side, absolute silence guaranteed. It has a private outdoor terrace (no view), which you can enjoy for lunch or relax. The bedroom window doesn't have a view either.

My apartment is for 2 adults or 2 adults and 1 or 2 children, not for 3 or 4 adults ( it's for your Comfort ) mezzanine just for kids. 3rd floor WITHOUT LIFT !
