Beautifully appointed residence/studio, welcomed by local wildlife of juvenile kangaroos and wonderful birdlife. Our 2 night stay was comfortable and relaxing - would love to visit again for longer to do more of the nearby walks. The morning sun warmed the studio nicely and the deck was a great spot to sit and read for a few hours. For the first time, we witnessed a perfectly complete rainbow from the deck - a very special moment! Thank you for sharing this lovely part of the world!

Jan and Len made me feel extremely welcome from the moment I arrived, making it clear that I could ring if I needed anything, but that they'd otherwise leave me to it. The location is perfect for a quiet getaway - 1km from empty beaches (and that was in the high season)! The studio is even nicer than it looks in the photos, fitted out with everything you could need for cooking (pots and pans, modern gas cooking, plates, glasses, even serviettes) or relaxing (books, a DVD player, comfy chairs in all the right places to enjoy an amazing view).

An absolutely beautiful retreat with the most fabulous view of the ocean and stunning beaches nearby. You can spend hours just watching all the birds that come to feed on the flowers in the garden in front of the balcony. Everything was super-clean, fresh and comfortable. Last but not least Jan and her husband are great hosts - warm and welcoming. All in all a perfect stay. I will be back!

Georges' place was just the perfect house the discover Moruya Heads and the surroundings very easily. From Congo beach with the nice bushwalk around, to Moruya's market and then kayaking around Bateman's Bay. There's even a very nice beach less than 5min away. The kitchen might lack some equipment if you're planning to do elaborate meals but otherwise it has everything required for cooking with friends "holiday mood".

This is a rustic experience that suits the basic needs of a family coastal holiday! the place was clean and relatively big. Its five minute walk to beaches and about a 5-10 minute drive into town. George was accomodating and looked after us. I would recommend this place for a family looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city life. The place lacked appliances i.e. TV and was relatively basic.

George's place is as it is advertised and he has made check-in and out an absolute breeze. We really enjoyed our stay

Certainly the best airbnb we've been to. Should you be looking for a quiet place this is definitely a place to go. We're a family of 4 including two young kids of 4 and 1 leaving in big city, it was safe and perfect for them to get to know more about flowers, gardening, animals (chicken, sheeps...) etc... John and Jenny provided advices on what to do/see and they spent time with us and our daughters to show us everything about their great self-sufficient home and garden, the kids loved it. Great hosts, great place, highly recommended.

A modern house with good quality stuff in it, good view outside, and my baby really enjoyed to get in touch with the sheep and the chicken.

I booked John & Jenny's home for my mum and her two travelling companions while they were on their two week round trip vacation around the great ocean road and back via the NSW South coast . She gave me the following info : Our accom at Moruya was really nice. Our hosts, John & Jenny were so helpful & very easy to get along with. John helped us carry our cases to the lovely place we stayed in. It was a large room with a double bed & 2 singles, a good size kitchen & a lounge room with tv. Bathroom/toilet was separate and also spacious. We had everything we needed here. There are lovely scenic views from all windows allowing for lovely photos, and not too far from the Mogo Zoo which is somewhere I've always wanted to visit. I would happily recommend John & Jenny's place to anyone - we loved it!

My friend and I loved staying at John and Jenny's house. John and Jenny are such lovely, interesting and welcoming people. Their eco friendly house is in the most beautiful area: great location (close to everythng), amazing views and amongst nature. The view from the shower is amazing! I loved getting to meet the local pets, 2 sheep and a horse that John and Jenny adopted. I would reccomend John and Jenny's air bnb to anyone. It was a wonderful stay at Anne's nice little apartment. Anne takes care to give you all the privacy and helps you in planning your trip - including best routes to take, best eat outs on the way and places to explore in Narooma. The kitchen is big and well equipped and bedrooms are cosy and comfortable. We were four people and had a wonderful time.

Anne was fantastic! The house was perfect for a weekend away at the coast, short walk to the beach and the accommodation was so cozy. Anne even baked me gluten free bread! I will definitely be coming back here.

Anne made us extremely welcome to her lovely home. The apartment is delightfully decorated and the kitchen well stocked. We arrived to a freshly baked home made cake, which was really delicious ! We enjoyed our stay.

What an amazing Airbnb experience. Anne is such a lovely person, she was very accommodating with our late check in and she welcomed us with an amazing homemade banana cake (very delicious). The property is as described, very nice and comfortable. Anne went overboard leaving the fridge full for us, organic eggs, delicious jam, bread, almond milk, there were also fruits in the kitchen, tea, coffee, everything you need basically. The bed was a dream, orthopedic firm mattress, beautiful bed linen, clean and fresh. If you are not a fan of firm mattresses there is a bed with a soft mattress in the other bedroom. The bathroom is big and modern with fancy and Eco toilet treas (the detergent in the laundry is also Eco friendly), the towels, OMG, the towels so soft and fluffy! Our little dog was in heaven at Anne's place, running in the massive backyard also sunbathing on the veranda and making friends with the neighbouring dogs. You also have the option of parking your car in the property which was very convenient. The area is very quiet and perfect to relax and forget about everything. Annes apartment is very cosy and even more so when we turned up (with very short notice) and the heater was on and the house was toasty!! Anne did everything she could to accommodate us - rushing home from work at 4.30pm to clean the place from the previous guests and have it all ready for our arrival at 6pm - top class! Very comfy bed - and all in all a great place to stay! Thanks Anne for all your effort to make us feel comfortable and at home We'll be back!

It was a delight to relate to Anne through the whole process. Her airbnb is centrally located at Tuross Heads, any questions we had were quickly and thoughtfully responded to, with good suggestions as to what we could do. The whole downstairs area is given over to the airbnb, and is very comfortable with a choice of a queen size bed in each of two bedrooms, the lounge room as shown in the photo, a large bathroom, and a large kitchen area. Lots of options are given for breakfast. All in all a new friend and a place to return to in the future.

Jane's place was a delight. We were provided with everything we needed and more! It was welcoming, spacious, clean and well fit out. Her place is central to shops, the beach and restaurants which allowed us to walk everywhere we went. Was also great to meet Jane who is super friendly. Would love to stay again, but next time for longer.

Jane is a lovely host and she made sure that our stay was unique. Their house is spacious, in walking distance to the beach and shops, it's a quiet place with birds singing in the morning in the garden. The house is set up with great care and there were a lot of extras to our surprise which made our stay unforgettable. Thank you once more I can only highly recommend your place.

This is a wonderfully relaxing place to stay. Jane and Gary have thought of just about everything to make a stay comfortable. The rooms are very clean. It is a 2 minute drive to the beach and shops etc. Walking involves hills but but I think someone who enjoys walking would not be bothered by this. The beaches are beautiful and there are lovely walking/ bike paths. Jane and Gary are very thoughtful hosts and are great to talk to. They are very conscious of trying to ensure your stay is just what you need it to be and give all the privacy you want (but are also right there if you need anything). I am already thinking about when I can get back there!

Kate's place is great! We really enjoyed our stay here. Comfortable amenities (including a real king-sized bed - what a treat!), well-supplied kitchenette, modern bathroom, carport. Easy walk downhill to the coast, where we found scenic lookouts with brand new walkways and benches, and to town. Kate was very friendly, and we enjoyed meeting her.

We were warmly welcomed by Kate and Bella as soon as we drove onto the property. The room was clean, well designed with a very comfy king sized bed and large bathroom including laundry facilities, a fully decked out kitchenette and proper bar fridge. We had a wonderful couple of days and look forward to coming back some day.

Kate's place was great for 1 or 2 people. The room was smallish however the bathroom was large. Everything was provided for breakfast, porridge, fruit, tea and coffee. Overall pretty good.

Kate is an AMAZING and lovely host. I stayed 2 nights for my birthday. She offered me a Champaign and her beautiful space. Room is quite big enough for 2 people. View over lake is peaceful.. Heating, outdoor dinning, easy to find, a nice distance to the beach, Deirdre the host was easy to contact and responded very quickly! We took my aunt from Canada and cousin from croatia there and they absolutely love it. Would definitely recommend this property to family and friends and would absolutely stay again. The house satisfies all basic necessities, a great place to rest after a long day of going out. Probably would've been better if they had a few condiments such as salt and oil, however they do provide coffee beans and sugar. Every scenic location is close by, Miruya, Broulee and Batemans Bay. Amazing location, 5 minute walk to the picturesque Broulee Beach, accompanied by Broulee Island. Plenty of hermit crabs accompanying you on the beach, and if you're lucky enough, we spotted an echidna on Broulee Island. All in all, really enjoyed our stay, and great hosts that look after you!

Fantastic location! Less than a five minute walk to the stunning Broulee beach for a swim. And only 5 minutes walk to the local shops and take away. Convenient check in with two sets of keys. Would highly recommend for a quiet getaway for a couple or small family.

Place was cute and comfy. All communications were clear regarding stay. The only thing is, it's a little disconnected from city, so if you are looking to spend some time with nature only it's a perfect place to be. Nearest maccas is 15 minutes drive. Kitchen was equipped with basic things and clean. They had a beautiful backyard too. In short,We enjoyed our stay at this place!

Thomas and Lani were great hosts. Commumication was excellent and they replied very promptly. They even allowed us to check in earlier. The beach is 10 min walk from the place but not kids friendly. If you have little ones I'd recommend driving to Pinnacle Point at Batemens Bay where there are rock pools. We enjoyed our stay and would like to come again. Thank you

We had a great time here, the unit is located in a peaceful area really close to the beaches and was a good point from which to explore the south coast. The place is clean and cosy - was ideal for our family with two young kids. There is handy private courtyard with bbq and large table outside and there is a good quality TV and some DVDs to choose from which was handy when our baby had a snooze! Everything else is as pictured - good value and easy to relax in. Hosts were easy to contact and friendly (as was the lady next door) Thanks!

Lorna's place was wonderful. Felt like a home away from home. Beds were really comfy, plenty of space and perfect space for a quiet and relaxing weekend. It had everything you needed for cooking and coffee machine. It had all the little touches that makes a place feel homely.. The deck out the back was lovely and relaxing in the evening. The ocean is a very short walk and you can hear the ocean in the background while you sleep. Lorna herself was very welcoming and had great suggestions. I would stay here again and have already recommended it to others.

We had a great time at Lorna's place over the weekend. The house was clean, comfortable and quaint. Four of us (two adults, two children) fit without any issues. Lorna was a very friendly and welcoming host who gave us a good run-down of the place and nearby attractions and restaurants. The beach was much closer than we thought, an easy stroll out the back gate and over the grass. The children had a great time too as the closest beach is more protected than the two others that are also close by - it was perfect for them on the bodyboards. If you're looking for a very relaxing time away, Lorna's place is a very good option.

A great place for our long weekend. The flat was very clean, the beds were comfortable, the garden was a joy to walk around, and the walk to the beach and shops was pleasant each time. I particularly enjoyed watching the birds and kangaroos early in the morning.

Rose and her husband were warm and welcoming. They answered all our questions about the area, told us to watch for kangaroos in the back garden at dawn and dusk (saw one!) and were generally brilliant. The beds were lovely. Slept really well.

My husband and I and 2 small kids stayed 1 night while travelling north. The place was perfect for us. A big box of lego for the kids, a drawer full of videos, a seperate room for the kids, modern bathroom and all set in a gorgeous garden. The nearby beach is also great for kids. We would recommend

Rose was great in helping us get organised before arriving. She knew we were arriving in the evening, so made here we knew where to find good nearby for dinner. The garden flat was perfect for what we needed: very spacious, clean linen, lots of DVDs if you want to hide away on an evening, a lovely garden where wallabies come to hang out... Dalmeny is lovely for a quiet getaway - with a beautiful beach only a few 100m from the house. Thanks!

Libby was a lovely host, great communication, made us feel welcome and shared useful tips about the area. The house was even better than what the photos show and had everything you could possibly need. We loved the outside area with BBQ. House was presented well, very clean and tidy. And Libby and Geoff even went and got a new TV for the lounge, prior to our stay, as the last one broke. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful with two awesome beaches and an LGA in walking distance. Locals also very friendly and helpful. Would recommend and definitely stay again!

Libby's place is an absolutely a nice choice for either family or a group of people who want a getaway from daily hustle and just want to indulge themselves in nature and relax, as it's so close to the Malua bay and not far from Batemans bay. I highly recommend her place, as it is far beyond our expectations. It's such a cosy place at a very economic price, especially during Xmas. Both her and her husband are very nice and easy to contact.

We had a fantastic time staying at Debbie and Alan's Pretty Bay Hideaway! Great communication with Debbie before we arrived and organising checking out. Greeted with a cold bottle of wine on arrival after a long drive from Sydney. Debbie and Alan gave us complete privacy and also were there to help and have a chat! Living area opened up onto a large backyard, overlooking the bay - perfect for afternoon drinks in the sun. Great experience, we'll be back!

Debbie and Alan's beach house is well located next to a private beach and close to others. The house has all you need including a spa. We were unfortunate to stay on a record hot day and I would have welcomed some aircon while sleeping. Apart from that we had a great time.

Debbie and Alan met us when we arrived and gave us a quick tour of the property, before leaving us to it. Its a lovely little space. There is no air con, but it doesn't matter even on ht days, it remains cool. There are 3 excellent beaches nearby, including the one you can see from the house. It really is an incredible spot. If anything, the pictures don't do it justice! would absolutely recommend this property to anybody, especially with kids. Loads of amenities nearby, great fish and chips and an overall relaxed vibe.

It was our first air bnb experience and we couldn't speak highly of our great host Carl. He was very flexible with our early check in. He was very accomodating with our questions about the area and where to go to. Wonderful, tidy and clean house which is very family-friendly and even offered to use his kids' bikes and toys for our kids! Location is in a quiet area yet very scenic overlooking the ocean few meters away! We would love to stay again in Carl's house next time we visit MAGNIFICENT MALUA BAY!

Had a great stay at Jo and Bethany's holiday apartment. Check-in was easy as Jo lives upstairs. She was very friendly and helped us get the keys and get settled into the place. The apartment had everything we needed and was really nicely decorated. A very enjoyable weekend made easy with a very convenient and good value apartment in a great location to get anywhere on the south coast!

Jo was incredibly friendly and accommodating, she even lent us some toys for our toddler to play with. The location was close to the beach as described, the place was clean and modern. We had a great long weekend, would definitely stay there again.

Marie made us feel very welcome on our quick first trip to Narooma. This apartment is beautifully kept, and has a fantastic view over one of the smaller beaches in town. We ate dinner watching whales from the deck on both nights! For those who cook, the kitchen is well set up, and for those with kids, there are at least three beaches within easy walking distance. Walking distance to the boardwalk, and breakwater, and very close to the cycling track. We'd love to visit again on a future trip - thanks for having us!

Marie's place was in a absolutely stunning location centre complete with two private beaches across the road and only 5 minutes away from the town centre. Waking up to that view and enjoying a Australian breakfast on the BBQ is a perfect way to start a holiday. Narooma is a fantastic hidden gem on the south coast and will happily return! Marie was a fantastic host who was organised, very communicative and easy going. Thanks again Marie

Marie's apartment was airy & furnished well. The kitchen has numerous utensils and there is a great BBQ out on the front deck overlooking the ocean. There is off street parking which was good seeing we were carrying 2 kayaks on roof racks. You will require a car to access sights around the area but there are some great walks near by including a great safe beach area near the break wall.

I read the other reviews before staying here & was not disappointed. The apartment is beautiful, spacious & well equipped. The location is perfect with easy access to Narooma or Dalmeny & a short stroll to the nearest beach which is beautiful. Marie was very helpful & gave some advice on local amenities. Checking in & out was a breeze & we hope to return for another visit some day.

Loved the apartment! It was very clean, cozy and well-set out! The views from the balcony were lovely, and it was wonderful to be able to hear the ocean from the comfort of the apartment. One thing that was really quirky and wonderful was how fast the water heating system and appliances were! It was a tad bit cool while we were in Narooma, so the extra blankets and little heaters came in handy! Will definitely be back, thank you Marie!

Light, open and airy apartment. Clean and fresh! Everything you could need for a quiet getaway. Bike hire and cafe just a short walk up the road in Kianga; beautiful, quiet beaches across the road and a longer walk to Narooma Bar Beach which is perfect for swimming. Our one week wasn't long enough!
