The "chicken house"

The chicken house is located in the middle of the beautiful permagar, below a former monastery, on the Katzenhof in Bachhupten. Gabi and Guido live here their dream of independence and want to expand the farm in a sustainable and tedious way. For example, the walls and ceiling of the chicken house have been made from the more than 200-year-old floorboards of the main house. In addition to a cozy bedroom, there is a living and dining room with a 2-person sofa bed, a reading corner, a modern bathroom, and a kitchen. From the bedroom you have great views of the Altshausen Castle. The location is central (various Shops, bakeries and restaurants within 5 minutes walking distance) and yet quiet area. You are welcome to use the garden. A beautiful swimming lake is within 10 minutes walking distance.

Former economic building of the forestry, rebuilt in 2006, very quiet in the middle of nature, wide view over the fields and meadows. The Adelindis spa can be reached in Bad Buchau, 5 km away, and other spas within a radius of about 25 km. The summer cottage is not suitable for children under 4 and not for people with disabilities, as the sleeping compartment can only be reached via the steep ladder.

Our place is good for couples, traveling alone, friends, families, and business travelers. Children's ice bed and highchair can be provided upon request.
