There is no direct lake view (trees in front), but the wonderful viewpoint 'To the beautiful view' can be reached in two minutes (100m), where you can watch the stars undisturbed at night.

Newly renovated after storm damage! Separate small studio guesthouse behind the main house with parking , wonderful views of the Ahr valley nearby. Small en-suite wet room with shower and toilet, basic cooking area with a double cooking hob, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster and seating area. There is a tiny patio outside with seating. 28km to the Nürburgring. 4 hiking paths are just outside the front door. Very quiet country village. Fortunately, our apartment has been spared from the flood disaster. We have spent the last few weeks with numerous helpers to renew the building technology. We are looking forward to welcoming you again. Of course, much has changed in the Ahr valley and there is still much to do, but for example the hiking trails are intact and nothing stands in the way of a nature holiday. Note: In addition, the tourist tax (€2.00 p.n./p.p.) must be paid.

Our newly renovated, large apartment is part of a historic square courtyard. Upstairs there is a large, cozy kitchen-living room with great views and a fireplace, transitioning to an open living room, as well as two spacious bedrooms each with a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and wardrobe. On the ground floor there is a small double bedroom and a large bathroom with bath and shower. A parking space and a private fenced garden are included.

"Der Schuppen" comfortable cottage in Kessenich

"The shed" is a former workshop, which I converted into a modern, small feel-good house. They live centrally, but in the middle of greenery, at the foot of Venus Mountain. Shops serving everyday needs and the tram stop are a 4-minute walk. The train takes 11 minutes to the main train station. The House of History is 1.4 km away and the World Conference Center 1.9 km away. The open "shed" has its own entrance.
