Araguaney is a duplex flat located on the 2nd floor, it is spacious and modern with a private terrace perfect to disconnect and enjoy, within a community in the centre of Roda. At street level there is a bar and a small supermarket. It is located in a quiet neighbourhood, with free access to the communal swimming pool and a parking space in the communal car park (option of a second parking space at extra cost). It is 500m from the Roda Golf Club, 2 km from Los Alcázares and its beaches.

Located next to the Santiago de la Ribera Yacht Club. In the area you can find restaurants and bars within a 5-minute walk along the promenade. Free parking next to the building. Supermarkets such as Mercadona and Lidl are a 7-minute drive away. Other basic goods shops a few minutes walk away.
