Je vous propose un petit paradis à Magnac Laval, lieu-dit cressac , dans le limousin, un endroit très convivial , vous n allez pas regretter, pour un couple avec 1 enfant ou bien 3 personnes adultes,il y a une chambre et un salon , cuisine équipée, salle de bain, toilette, et une véranda qui donne sur un grand jardin, barbecue, pas très loin de l autoroute À 20 , à 500 m les pouyades, à 3 km les commerces ( Intermarché) boulangerie.(Les animaux domestiques sont acceptés )

The cottage overlooks and accesses the river, where swimming is possible. The hamlet is very peaceful, and the water is a great place to relax! A walk can be enjoyed from the cottage, along a path along the Vienne River. You can reach Chauvigny on foot or by bike along the trails. There are a few chickens on the grounds. Charming cottage for 2 people with hot tub

The old orchard cottages, 2-person cottage located to the left of the farm, with a porch and an individual entrance door. A private terrace with a jacuzzi (closed from Oct 6 to Apr 10) and garden furniture allow you to sunbathe, it is accessed by crossing the courtyard. A barbecue is provided, allowing you to eat outdoors and enjoy the beautiful summer evenings. We also provide products for your breakfast.

Vous logerez dans l'agrandissement de notre maison de campagne. Vous trouverez tout ce qu'il vous faut pour passer un séjour au calme. Logement spacieux avec une cuisine, une salle de bain avec douche à l'italienne, un couchage clic-clac en bas idéal pour les enfants et une chambre en mezzanine non fermée à l'étage. Enfin vous profiterez d'une magnifique vue dans le salon avec également un accès terrasse.

Located in the village of Magnac Laval, close to all shops, you will find in this pretty house of 55 m2: An entrance with storage, a toilet with washing machine and drying rack, a living room with sofa bed + TV. An equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, dishes...) small adjoining courtyard. Upstairs, a large bedroom with dressing room and an office area as well as a bathroom.
