Romantic cottage in a quiet part of Žítková village surrounded by a hectare of mountain meadows. The perfect starting point for exploring Kopanic. The cottage is decorated in a rural style. Inside you will find a spacious living room with a fireplace, a large table and a sofa bed, a walk-through bedroom with two beds, a bathroom with a toilet, and an equipped kitchen. The cottage is heated by new fireplace stoves, there is electricity and hot water. In front of the house, the patio is perfect for barbecue.

Apartmán ponúka nádherný výhľad na vodnú nádrž Sĺňava. Pozostáva zo samostatnej kúpeľne so sprchovým kútom, z plne vybavenej kuchyne a z obývacej časti, kde sa nachádza gauč, ktorý sa po rozložení zmení na plnohodnotné spacie lôžko s rozmermi 180 x 200 cm (22 cm výška matraca). K apartmánu patrí aj balkón s posedením. Hostia môžu taktiež využívať vonkajší bazén s terasou a ležadlami na slnenie (predpokladané spustenie do prevádzky leto 2025) a mestské bicykle, ktoré ponúkame pre hostí zdarma.

In the immediate vicinity you will also find a shopping center with a grocery store and a cinema, a city park on one side, and the Brezina forest park on the other. Just below the house you can have a coffee and your car can safely park for free right in front of the entrance. All people of good will are welcome here, even with their four-legged friends.

You will find toys, games and books for the whole family. The house has a large garden with a trampoline, slide, swing and barbecue. The accommodation is about a 20-minute walk from the city center. Near the house, you will find groceries, restaurants, playgrounds and a bus stop.

Chata se nachází v přírodě v blízkosti obce Březová v Bílých Karpatech. Naši chatu jsme před pár lety kompletně zrekonstruovali do moderního stylu se zachováním původního tvaru. Je to naše srdcovka a proto jsme se rozhodli umožnit, aby chata dělala radost i ostatním. Naleznete zde wellnes s finskou saunu a jacuzzi, kompletní venkovní posezení s grilem, ohništěm a výhledem na les obklopující chatu a spoustu vychytávek, které věříme, že vám váš pobyt u nás zpříjemní.

Our Apartment is part of family house where we live. It has separated entrance and it is separated from our part of house. Apartment contains one big sleeping room, one smaller sleeping room, equipped kitchen and bathroom. Our house is situated in quiet location 5 minutes drive from historical city center (taxi ~5€) of Trenčín. In summer days guest can use the garden with beautiful view on mountains for relaxation. Parking is directly in the garden next to house.
