Surroundings: Just a few kilometres from the Dutch border lies Nettetal with the Hinsbeck district. Hinsbeck and neighbouring Leuth make Nettetal a state-recognised resort. It is the heart of the Maas-Schwalm-Nette International Nature Park. It offers a typical Lower Rhine landscape with 12 lakes, 70 km of cycling and 145 km of hiking trails. The landscape-typical, original flora and fauna can be admired in lovingly maintained nature conservation facilities. Supermarket and bakery are within walking distance. Motorway 61 is about 8 km away. Kaldenkirchen Train Station is about 7 km away. From there, you can reach Venlo directly via the Dutch border and also in the other direction directly to Düsseldorf. Your home: The first floor of our detached house is your personal oasis of well-being for the duration of your stay. Since the summer of 2001, we have been delighted to welcome our guests, from the family with children, through nature lovers to the assembly worker, everyone who moves to Nettetal and the surrounding area. Our apartment can accommodate up to 4 people in 2 separate double rooms on about 60 m². Facilities: 2 living rooms, kitchen-living room, bathroom/shower, cable TV, radio, Internet/W-LAN, microwave, linens and towels included, child-friendly, non-smoking apartment, lockable bicycle storage, garden use, barbecue, large free parking opposite the house; Families with children are just as welcome guests as your pet. idyllic house on the Lower Rhine in Kevelaer

The lovingly renovated house is "a bit like before" with large living room-kitchen, fireplace, sofa and three bedrooms. In the courtyard is a seating area with BBQ and parking spaces for bicycles. We're just using it as a passageway. A supermarket is in the neighborhood, to the pedestrian zone 500 meters, to the train station 1.4 km. Families are welcome with us. The house has baby grilles on the stairs. The staircase is steep. I speak English, a little French, and my husband a little Dutch.

Our holiday home is located in a beautiful street with historic buildings in the old village of Well aan de Maas. When you cross the street you are already on the banks of the Maas and you can walk or cycle into the nature reserve De Baend.
