Charming house in the historic center of Ciutadella

Fully restored and equipped house in the historic center. Located on a pedestrian street and very quiet, it preserves the typical vaulted ceilings. The house consists of a ground floor, where the kitchen, living room, and small inner courtyard give light and life to the house. On the first level, we found a double bedroom and a bathroom. On the second level, two double bedrooms and a bathroom. Going up to the roof we find the laundry area.

Nice apartment to spend some quiet holidays with some sea views from the terrace. Parking is free. There is a garden and swimming pool as some close areas to swim in the sea like Cala en Forcat, Cala'n Brut or cala'n Blanes. The wifi speed is 20MB and there is also airconditioning. Arrival is starting at 15pm. Check out must be maximum at 11am. I can´t keep your luggage whan you check out.
