This one bedroom apartment is high above the olive trees, looking out onto the hills around the farmhouse, surrounded by birds. It is open plan, with windows on three walls, with early morning sunshine in the bedroom, and evening sunshine in the kitchen and eating area. The apartment is accessed through its own front door and up a flight of stairs and outside it has a private terrace with table and chairs and views down to the swimming pool. There is also a two bed apartment on the property.

The studio is situated in the countryside between San Ginesio (12 km) and Urbisaglia (7 km). The area is perfect for nature and culture lovers as there are many parks and cultural sites to see as medioeval borghi. In the appartment above the studio live my sister with my mother and they have a small farm, I live in Urbisaglia and work near Recanati. I am very proud of my Province and I am looking forward to assist you in discovering it!
