Our Kajža is located in the highlands at 1160m above sea level in the hamlet of Torka. In a quiet location in unspoiled nature. It is suitable as a starting point for skiing on Soriška planina, Cerkno ski resort, hiking in the surrounding hills, such as Ratitovec, Blegoš, Lajnar. It is also not far from Bohinj and Lake Bohinj. There are also many paths for walking and cycling. After an active day, you will sit in front of Kajža, enjoy the peace, beautiful views of the Ratitovec mountains and beautiful sunsets.

Depandanza is a self-contained apartment with an art gallery-like atmosphere and fairytale bedroom in the heart of the traditional village of Poljubinj. Many local hikes begin at the front door, including waterfalls, gorges, and the Soca River, all within about a half hour walk. Supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, and pharmacies are a 5 minute drive (20 minute walk) away in the town of Tolmin. Our house, located in the wild nature of Triglav National Park, is surrounded by a forest and beautiful mountains. Just under the house you can explore amazing water grove and a waterfall, which is known as energy point. In the valley you can enjoy the beauty of emerald green Soča gorge and if you're brave enough, you can jump right in. The house is a great starting point for many hiking trips. The most popular is certainly the hike to a beautiful glacial lake Krn, under the top of mountain Krn.

Green House Bled 1

In the past, Green House with big green garden was my parents' farmhouse. We ventured into tourism in 2017 by renting out a room. In 2021 we demolished the old house and built a new one. House is just 10 minutes walking to lake Bled. There are two apartments on the first floor, both have a balcony with separate entrances and there is a shared washing machine in the common hallway. Behind the house you can find free parking and safe place for your bikes. Free WI-FI 6 is available. ID109629.

Mansarda Rossetti is a large attic located on the top floor of a period building. The building has an elevator, but you need to climb a few steps to enter the apartment. It offers a view of the rooftops of Trieste and the Rossetti Theater. A stone's throw from Viale XX Settembre, a pedestrian area full of shops, cinemas and restaurants, it will allow you to discover the city on foot, taking advantage of a strategic location. Suitable for 2 to 5 people. There is no Wi-Fi!

Relax in this unique place in peaceful mountain nature. The studio is located in a mountain village Stržišče. The place offers you peace and rest in a small village in the midst of unspoiled nature with numerous walking or mountain paths (mountain Črna prst 1844 m) We are close to all the sights you would want to visit in this area. There are no additional payments at the accommodation, everything (including tourist tax) is included in the price.

Villa Krivec

We are located just a 2-minute walk from Lake Bled. We offer 2 en-suite rooms with a kitchenette, but there is no dining table, meaning you can only serve simple food such as stew. In addition to the building, there is also a common living area with a dining table that our guests can use. Tourist tax is not included in the price, it is 3,13 EUR/night for adults and 50% of that for kids from 7 to 18 years. Kids under 7 don't pay tourist tax.

The house Pokrovec is located in the Triglav National Park at the foot of Pokljuka. In front of the house there is a huge garden suitable for sports activities, rest, privacy and peace... It is very suitable for families with children. but you can also have space for a car. From the front of the house you have a magical view of the mountains and the valley, a pleasure in perfect nature. Very suitable for hikers and cyclists.
