It is a completely renovated apartment 50 meters from the beach. Very close to the best restaurants and the Port of the Guard with access 2 minutes to supermarkets and shops. The apartment consists of 1 bedroom with its own outside balcony and a bathroom with large shower, fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, coffee area, living room with small desk and sofa bed. Located on a street of stairs with a lot of charm and very pleasant atmosphere in the area.

The Deer Artes house, it is integrated in a somewhat old building but its interior was fully restored in 2018, has parking and a small garden with benches where you can enjoy to rest, stroll with your mascot or even play with the little ones. This located a few meters from the center of the village, next door is a bakery/pastry shop where you can find a hot and delicious bread for a very nice breakfast and a supermarket.
