Mas Prats becomes a quiet corner, which invites you to rest and enjoy a unique rural environment located between the Costa Brava and the Gavarres. The one-story house is accessible, spacious and very bright and from every room you can see the fields or the forest. The birds are listening. Two large windows connect the house to the outside, where the porch invites you to enjoy the landscape. The decoration is minimalist and they dominate the clear tones and the wood. An ideal choice for any time of the year.

New house (2020) of 225m2 with garden of 2000 m2 and swimming pool, in the medieval village of Llofriu. Very bright. Large windows that make nature feel on all sides, you always see green. Rooms have separate exit to the garden. Large porch with wonderful views. Direct back exit to the village and at the same time you are quiet and independent . House very well located for visiting beaches, bike routes, etc. Ideal for families. Perfect for Winter, too.
