The house is very large, large rooms large sheltered terrace. Lots of space around the house and around the pool. We enjoyed the pool and is 3 meters deep and the mountain view unobscured. We visited Naples in 45 minutes; The area is really quiet and relaxing; We were warmly welcomed on arrival and Ida was listening to our long stay

Le climat y est agréable, la piscine est agréable quoique fraîche car non chauffée. Calme et sérénité dans cette grande maison de campagne, au décor rustique dépaysant. Vraiment dommage que la troisième chambre annoncée était condamnée. Merci aussi à Mauro pour son accueil, sa disponibilité et sa volonté de bien faire. Voiture indispensable pour se déplacer. A great villa with a grand space for large family gathering. We used the pizza oven to cook and it was very comfortable for 25 people. There are enough beds for 10 or so people. Although the weather wasn't good for swimming, this house would be amazing in the summer time - BBQ, swimming, fun. Gianmarco was very accommodating for our stay and keeps in good contact to ensure his guests are happy! We would recommend!

We had a great stay in the villa, perfect for both families and friends to spend their holiday. We were 4 adults and one 9-month old baby, and we of course had a lot of space. The host provided both baby chair and baby cot without additional costs, big plus. We used both the outside barbecue as well as the pizza oven inside the house and had great evenings, eating outside in the gazebo by the pool. Kitchen was well equipped and some basic spices etc was free to use as well as cleaning equipment. The host, gianmarco, is very helpful, friendly and answer any question possible :-) we had a flat tire which he helped us with free of charge, thanks again! Also provided us with good tips and recommendations about the area, restaurants etc. Liberi is a very small town, but you have what you need for a relaxed holiday. 2 small cafes, 2 restaurants within walking distance, a small supermarket and more supermarkets and restaurants easily reached by car. Easy to reach the coast for a day trip but preferably to stay by the lovely pool by the villa and relax :-). We would recommend the villa and host for everyone looking for a nice, relaxed stay.

What a great experience! Genti and Raoul are synonymous PERFECT HOSPITALITY !! They do everything to make it completely their guests to their liking. In addition, clean rooms, good beds, beautiful terrace with views and a very nice breakfast with fresh local produce and homemade jams. And in the area, plenty to explore. Among others, the voted best in 2016 Buffalo mozzarella and the best pizza in all of Italy!

A beautiful location and special place. We were received warmly. and had all the freedom that we were looking for. Genti a great hostess made us well-off point in the area at the local winery, restaurants, mozzarella farm and more. Giuliana is very friendly and attentive to your every need. She is extremely kind and can prepare a small dish gracefully because it makes her happy. Its housing is cool is a small farm where we cultivate vines in a cute little village. It's at the bottom of Campania but not too far from Caserta and Santa Maria. A supermarket is right next door. Giuliana e molto simpatica e veramente gentile. Il posto e bello, carino in un piccolo paese. Tutto e andato bene, grazie Giuliana!

Mary was a wonderful hostess. She went over and above to help with my family search. She and her family were lovely. I highly recommend staying at her property. It dates back to the 1400's yet the apartment itself is modern. A great experience!

Mary and her sister made me feel very welcomed. I booked this home with very short notice and they were able to accommodate me with an early check in. This apt is spectacular - great views - very clean, recently remodeled, spacious - perfect!! They were helpful with recommendations and responded quickly to any question. They had an assortment of breakfast options - more than enough - as well as a lovely and large fruit bowl. The town itself is truly out of a storybook! And it's close to Capua and Casertes, while still being fairly close to Naples. There was room for free parking as well, which we've found to be challenging. The whole area is not as touristy, so this is perfect for those looking to get off the beaten path. The restaurant, Plinius, located within steps of the apartment, was our best meal during our trip. This is one of the best accommodations I've ever stayed and I highly recommend it. You won't be disppointed.

A comfortable bed is one of the best indicators of the goodness of an accommodation: and to Pontelatone undoubtedly enjoys this feature. The house is new and very well equipped. To these virtues must join the fortunate position not only because we are in the center of Pontelatone with the Church on hand along with the beautiful buildings that overlook the square and create a nice setting, but also because Pontelatone is in the center of gravity of an area that allows you to quickly reach the major centers renowned for its history and culture and at the same time organize excursions to Mount Major and neighboring, go to Rocchetta, Riardo, Castel di Sasso with their beautiful views and restaurants.

The best experience since I've strarted my European Scooter Tour. Domenico and all his family have been so kind with me. The flat is confortable and with all facilities. I would like to stay longer... I hope to come back again soon.

Raffaella welcomed us with a big smile and so showed us the villa, giving us the various indications on the garden lights and the pool, which is definitely the highlight of the estate, well-kept lawn around. The other pleasure is the BBQ in functional wall, which has allowed us to enjoy the grilled meat, logically we had previously arranged, carrying firewood and everything you need. The kitchen is equipped than necessary and there is a dishwasher. The only flaw is the lack of Wi-Fi. The stay was pleasant, surrounded by nature in the maximum relax. The advice !!

Our family had an fantastic stay at Raffaella's place. The villa was spacious and beautiful and the surrounding areas was perfect for relaxation. We swam every day and enjoyed the warm sun and beautiful nature. We also had wonderful pizzas cooked in the pizza oven at the villa. We enjoyed the surrounding area and made visits to castle ruins and charming villages. Raffaella is a great host! The communication was excellent and we felt very welcomed and right at home. Nice and clean house. We felt very welcome! No restaurant or shop was open in the village, so make sure to buy the stuff you need before driving there.

Pino & his family were there to greet us, and made us feel very welcome. Fortunately, his son was also there who spoke good English, so were able to ask some questions about hot water, rubbish collection etc. The house is very clean and comfortable with everything a family could need, including a freezer near the pool! The house is very spacious downstairs, with a large kitchen dining area and a large sitting room (which we never used as we sat outside all the time). All rooms have an eclectic mix of old and new furniture and felt very homely Outside is a generous patio area with large tables so every meal was enjoyed outside. The gardens are very large, and well screened from the road and any neighbours, so you could pretty much run wild without worry. The pool is very big at around 10m x 5m and there a number of umbrellas to provide shade. There is only 4 sun loungers however. Although the house doesn't have air-conditioning, there are floor standing fans for every room. We went and bought another one from the local supermarket so the top bedroom could have 2, as it's in the roofspace and gets all the rising warm air. There are really 3 bedrooms - a twin on the ground floor, the master double on the 1st floor and a double and a single in the 2nd floor loft space. The other room is a an annexe room between the kitchen and GF twin room, so not really a private room. The house is advertised as sleeping up to 9 or more than 1 family. We were a family of 5, and because there is only 1 shower, (in the en-suite to the GF twin room), felt that was about as many as could reasonably sleep. The 'bathroom' on the 1st floor, is just a WC, bidet and hand basin. Finding the place was easy, thanks to Pino's (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) map info, and the house is an easy 60 minute drive from Naples Airport. There is not much to do locally, with the nearest proper town being Caserta 20km away, but we managed. There are 2 well stocked supermarkets within 4km of the Villa, on the road to Caiazzo. From the house you can easy visit Pompeii, Sorrento, Amalfi etc as we did. This is a quiet rural retreat in some lovely countryside and not a popular tourist area. Most locals wondered what some Brits were doing on holiday there. Imagine if you met an Italian family renting a farmhouse above Matlock. Same reaction. One note of caution: It is very easy to lock yourself out as we did one evening, as all exterior patio doors and shutters have to be locked from inside, and the front door can be slammed shut on the latch. Fortunately Pino drove the 30mins to save us, but from then on we hid the keys in a safe place outside. Summary: Clean, quiet, Comfortable, Good value. 7/10

Great base to explore and pino the owner was great in getting us a load of bottled water the water supply in the area stopped. Pool was a blessing as the weather was extremely hot.

We have rented this beautiful house for 10 days in October 2016. We are a young family with a baby of 8-weeks. Pino and his family arranged a baby bed and bath, which we appreciated. After arrival they provided us with very good Buffalo Mozzarella and local Pomodori tomatoes. The pool is large and the garden is good. In the area are good restaurants, especially the nr.1 pizzeria in the world: 'Pepe in Grani' in Caiazzo. When you rent this house you should keep in mind 2 things: - It's remotely located in a farmer's area. - There are a lot of dog's in the area of the neighbours; so a stroll is not so comfortable. We fully recommend the house.

Rita and Pino are very warm (tomato sauce and jam made by Rita). Pino picked us to Alvignano because our GPS was broken. The house is very clean, the bedding is good. relaxed atmosphere: garden with mature trees, large pool with different depths (convenient for children), large terrace and barbecue to eat outside, nice walks to do (however difficult to find). Excellent stop between Rome and Naples to rest. Rita speaks French. Eurospar store in Caiazzo: nice people and very good butcher.
