Living in the old village school house

Our historic school building with wonderfully high ceilings and thick sandstone walls offers plenty of space (about 130 square meters) for up to four people. It was lovingly ecologically renovated by us until 2013. Downstairs there is a large kitchen-living room, upstairs a cozy small bedroom and a large studio, which can also be used by artistically ambitious guests. From Gräfenhausen you can take a mountain bike or walk directly into the Palatinate Forest. The nearest rock is also a 20-minute walk. In the village there is a small restaurant with village shops and a bakery (both directly opposite the house).

Ein idealer Standort um zu Fuß Wanderungen zu unternehmen und einzukehren in den Hütten im Pfälzer Wald. Die Belegung ist ausgelegt entw. für 2 Erw.und 2 Kinder oder 3 Erw. Kinder und Kleinkinder sind erwünscht. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es vorort im Dorfladen und weitere Geschäfte 3 km entfernt. 4 Restaurants im Ort und kinderfreundl. Freibad ganz nah !

Fantastic attic studio in the wine village

Beautiful, bright and sunny attic apartment in the middle of the "hotspot" of the Palatinate wine villages. 35 m2 roof studio, a newly laid solid beech wood floor, beautiful exposed beams and a really fantastic view of the surrounding vineyards. The house was built in 1828 and renovated in 2018. In addition to the double bed there is a new sofa bed (for 1-2 children), a small fridge, kettle and tea plus cups. NO KITCHEN available! The bathroom is BRAND NEW! (renovated in April 2022).
