In-law apartment in the blue house; garden with grill

Welcome to our newly renovated one-bedroom apartment! You may be able to rent Germany's easternmost apartment here. It is centrally located in Frankfurt (Oder), but still in the countryside and directly on an old arm of the Oder. In 5 minutes you can easily walk to both the city center, the university, the train station or an island on the Oder. In 10 minutes you are in Poland. The location is ideal for water walkers due to the proximity of the river. Guests can land their own boat in the adjacent rowing club, but guests can also go on tours with their own canoe without their own boat. But also for cyclists the location is unique, because the house is located directly on the Oder-Neisse-Radweg, so that one can bed his tired most valuable without detour in a comfortable bed. The apartment is equipped with 2 single beds, dining table, SATELLITE TV, radio, CD player, a single kitchen with 2 new ceramic hobs, sink, refrigerator with freezer, microwave with barbecue function, toaster, coffee maker and dishes as well as a bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine. The apartment is heated by modern underfloor heating. It is located on the ground floor and has its own entrance and access to the garden, where you can relax on your own bench or lounge chair and enjoy the sunset. Or you can look into the fire of the in-house fireplace for hours. In good weather there is the possibility to sunbathe in the deck chair. If that gets too warm, you can stretch your umbrella or tug under the cherry tree. The apartment has its own barbecue, so nothing stands in the way of outdoor fun. So that it is also possible to leave windows and patio doors open in summer, we have installed extra mosquito protection doors. Due to its proximity to Berlin and Poland, the city of Frankfurt (Oder) is an ideal starting point for exploring. If you want to travel by car, there is parking available.

Our cozy house with large garden is located directly on the edge of the forest in the middle of the Märkische Schweiz Nature Park, only 50 km from Berlin's center. The lovingly decorated house has a beautiful view of the forest, a large kitchen-living room, a fireplace and underfloor heating. In the village there are 3 lakes with natural swimming spots and outdoor swimming pool. Hiking in the nature park, cycling, reading in the hammock, grilling, relaxing, cooking together, sitting by the campfire or working in peace - all this is possible here.

Comfortable and cozy living in beautiful surroundings guarantees relaxation and a holiday to feel good. The apartment was furnished in 1997 and continuously renewed. In the house there is another apartment, as well as our own apartment. Theodor Fontane has already devoted himself to Friedersdorf in the volume "Das Oderland" in his "Wanderungen durch die Mark Brandenburg". Friedersdorf is ideal for hiking and biking excursions to explore the Märkische Schweiz and the Oderbruch.
