Our home is between Cabbagetown and Daniel’s Development, accessible by 2 streetcars and a bus. Bright with a cozy, cottage feel. Old Cabbagetown charm meets Daniel’s modern buildings on Parliament. 15-min walk to Eaton Centre, Dundas Sq, and Distillery District. Steps to park, sports ground, Freshco, RBC, Timmies, and diners. UofT, TMU, AGO, and Harbourfront are a short ride. Lake Ontario is 20 mins on foot. We have cats and a dog mostly in the basement - please note if you have allergies.

Spend your vacation / business trip living with us! Large two story home, on a tree lined street, in a quiet village residential setting on the north shores of Lake Ontario's Bluff's . Walk one block south to view the shining Lake stretching to the horizon. West on Guildwood Parkway: the newly renovated, historic Guild Inn, (opening summer 2017) Conference Centre, and restaurant. Lovely stone sculpture gardens, forest trails, Bike/hike trail through the bluffs accessible from Galloway Rd.

The BLUE Room in the trendy Ossington-Bloor area

The Blue Room is a bedroom with shared bath (no kitchen or laundry access.) It is beautifully decorated and comfortable, with a chest of drawers, a closet and a desk. We are 5 minutes walking to the subway and everything is in this area - all types of restaurants, cafes, a mall, trendy stores, etc. If you like to walk, you can walk downtown, to Chinatown, Koreatown, the UofT, even High Park. I love meeting people from all over and will be available to talk and help you out as needed.

Cozy room in Upper Beaches home

My home is a cozy, non toxic, environmentally friendly oasis just east of downtown Toronto with easy access to subway and GO train service. The neighborhood is quiet, yet very close to many restaurants, cafes, parks and a supermarket. PLEASE NOTE - this room is next to my own bedroom. We have a bus 900 that goes from here to Pearson Airport. 35 mins drive to Down Town Toronto, 10 mins drive to Airport YYZ, 8 mins drive to Sherway Gardens Mall. Access to all major hwy's public transportation

This room is for ONE person only. Your room is on the 3rd floor and is air-conditioned in the summer. We have a shared bathroom on the 2nd floor. This bathroom is not for bathing - we have a renovated bathroom in the basement for showering. We supply soap, towels, etc. You may use our microwave and kettle, but we prefer little to no use of the stove. This is a case-by-case basis so please let us know if you intend to cook in our space.

Beautiful basement suite that is easily accessible and near everything Toronto and surrounding area has to offer. There is no kitchen but the unit comes with a mini refrigerator, microwave and kettle. Includes private bathroom with towels, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The unit was designed for solo travellers to reduce the noise transfer between units as other people will be staying in similar private suites within the house.
