Sunny apartment in a hillside location

The apartment is located on a hillside location with beautiful views of the Rhine Valley and the Swiss mountains. It is 60m², has a covered terrace and a small garden. Bregenz is in the immediate vicinity (2 km) and is easily accessible by bus, car, bicycle or on foot. Since the highway is nearby and we are in a hanging location, you can hear the traffic when you sit in the garden. Otherwise, hardly a car drives directly past the house as we are the penultimate house in a cul-de-sac.

Cozy guest bedroom near the lake

Our home is a three-generation home. On each floor is an apartment that is inhabited by friendly people. Sometimes it gets a bit turbulent because of the children. It is located in Hard/Vorarlberg about 300 m as the crow flies from Lake Constance. The routes to the bakery, the ice cream parlour, the beach, various restaurants, the bus stop, ... can be reached in less than 5 minutes. The nearest grocery store is a 10-minute walk. Every Wednesday there is a market in the town centre.

This large, friendly apartment offers plenty of comfort for a relaxing stay. From here you are on foot or by bike immediately in the countryside, but also Bregenz and Dornbirn are in the immediate vicinity. Bakery, bus stop and train station are only a 3-minute walk away. 5 minutes by train to the Festspielhaus in Bregenz. In the immediate vicinity, the local recreation area "Lauteracher Ried" begins with a popular bathing lake. The first ski areas can be reached in 20 minutes.
