Sleeps up to 5 . A charming, cosy traditional cottage dating back to 1870 in the small hamlet of Fir Tree, Crook. Although almost 200 years old, it has been mostly modernised inside to give modern conveniences along with retaining charm and character. 2 pub/restaurants in the hamlet serving excellent food. Although situated on the A68, the main road to Edinburgh, the cottage benefits from double glazing throughout and a short walk up the hill at back of cottage to a children's play area.

The Oaks - A luxurious private room with balcony

The Oaks is attached to our home but internal doors are locked from both sides. It has its own private access from the outside. Wooden stairs lead up to this first floor bedroom that has its own decked area with outside furniture to enjoy the fantastic views. The bedroom is beautifully furnished to a high standard with a modern feel. PLEASE NOTE THIS IS OUR HOME AND THIS IS NOT A PARTY ROOM And is suitable for quiet guests to enjoy some peaceful time.
