This large studio, its private terrace and its adjoining wooded and tranquil grounds offer you a superb view of the lake with changing colors and the pretty village of Bauduen, less than 2 km away. (Nice little restaurants!). You are a 5 minute walk to the lake, small forests and close to many trails. This bright 38m2 studio (5 windows!) is set on a small green height, accessed by a staircase next to my house. Pets are welcome.
