Jolly Nose Hill is known locally for extensive walking and bike tracks. Rainbow Beach hosts regular surfing competitions. The Beach Hotel, 5 mins away, has a good menu and live music at weekends and the Nursery serves yummy breakfasts, both with fun play areas. Up the road in Port Macquarie, you’ll find shops, cafes and restaurants, Glasshouse Theatre, cinema, lighthouse, museums, Koala Hospital.. A little further up the road, but not much, is Stoney Park, an aqua park for both young and old.

Lainnir Lodge - Dog, Horse friendly accommodation

We are in a quiet rural setting, on 28 acres, with horses, goats, and dogs of our own, 15 minutes from Port Macquarie CBD and the beaches, an IGA is 5 minutes away, but it feels like way out in the country. You have you own yard accessed from your veranda, a gazebo with table and chairs and a solar powered light. The small kitchen has most of what you need to cook with. We have no NBN and use our phones as hotspot for our internet. Pets -Please see the rules in Other Details to Note below

Gumleaf Cottage is unique, nestled in 25 acres of coastal forest while only 2 minutes drive from beautiful Lake Cathie beach and Middle Rock surfing beach, as well as a lake for all ages. The air conditioned cottage is self contained with kitchen, living, dining room and has a covered deck with barbeque. It is 20 meters from the main house and has a bedroom with double bed and ensuite, a fold bed can be added for an extra person. We share the property with abundant bird life and native animals.

Funky renovated 60s style beachhouse This is a beautiful, bright, funky and freshly renovated beach house with loads of indoor and outdoor relaxing spaces & BBQ. We have a modern gourmet kitchen and luxurious bathroom. The interior is vibrant yet cozy and inviting, with a 55" smart TV and relaxing couch. The house is a short walk from the beach (80m) and lake (250m), and only 15 minutes drive to the centre of Port Macquarie. The house is not suitable for young children due to stair design.

Our home is a unique 100 year old historic timber residence which has been renovated and restored with 2.5 modern bathrooms and kitchen. We have 3 queen size bedrooms, 2 single beds and a cot. There are 2 separate living areas and a covered courtyard with a BBQ. A short 7 minute walk to town, which offers many cafes and restaurants. Koolongbung nature reserve and walking tracks are at our doorstep, and the famous Koala hospital is close by. Small groups and families welcome.
