Ideally located on the first line at Pointe de l 'Aiguillon close to the shops of the Aiguillon district. You will enjoy a nice apartment of 85 m2 refurbished, with a trailing balcony for your lunches facing the Basin. At the foot of the apartment is a small beach and an oyster hut where you can taste oysters and shells. Arcachon city centre is a 5 minute drive away as well as the train station . No pets allowed .
