Visit Manresa Beach from a Tranquil Home

Upstairs is an open floor plan with living, dining, kitchen, and 1/2 bath with decks on both sides - one for morning coffee, the back deck for sunset viewing. The first level has 2 separate bedrooms, each with queen beds, and one bathroom with tub/shower and a connecting one car garage. Washer/dryer is located in the garage. Guests have access to the whole property with also includes a fenced yard, decks off the bedrooms, and a children's tree house. I live nearby and will be available by phone to answer any questions or concerns. Set beside picturesque farm fields in a peaceful residential neighborhood, the house is located in La Selva Beach. Manresa State Beach is a short walk away, as is the shorelife at Ellicott Slough National Wildlife Refuge.

Deck has lots of seating, umbrellas, & gas grill. Large dining room & 2 living rooms, one w/ TV, other w/ fire place. Open living space, high ceilings & skylights. Kitchen fully stocked with basic supplies, lots of cooking equipment. 4 bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths (all showers, no tubs). Many stairs - must be able to climb stairs. No shoes indoors.
