Résidence calme, tout petit studio 20 m², exposition SE proche tous commerces, à 600 m des remontées mécaniques, navette ski bus à 30 m. Pouvant accueillir 2 personnes, ce studio de type Savoyard est tout équipé. Cuisine américaine, machine à laver, écran plat , séjour-lit 140/190, dressing, SdB WC et balcon de 5 m² avec vue sur Aiguille du Midi par temps dégagé. Lac, base de loisirs, parc enfants à 100 m. Si vous souhaitez amener votre linge de lit et serviettes je fais une petite ristourne.

The studio is attached to our home, an old renovated farmhouse, at an altitude of 1250m. In the heart of the Aravis with an exceptional panorama, this is the starting point for splendid hikes.
