"Lotte", the big sister of "Liese" in the same house. Both in the picturesque arnis. The 2023 completely renovated maisonette was provided with a no-frills furnishings. On 90 square meters there is a spacious living and kitchen room with partially open roof truss, a (children's)bedroom, a bathroom and a guest toilet. In addition, a generous sleeping loft. Over the courtyard of the house it goes into the garden - it extends to the Schlei. You can swim and relax wonderfully at your own jetty.

Magical fishing kates in Maasholm, apartment "Lee"

In the center of Maasholm village is one of the oldest houses (built in about 1728). It has been restored for two years and now combines the charm of the historic Fischerkate with modern comforts. This resulted in two duplex apartments with a lot of privacy and a feel-good atmosphere. The ground floor impresses with its characteristic, exposed wooden ceiling (2 meters to 2.2 meters) and bright, friendly rooms. The upper floor was opened "airy" to the roof ridge.

Our extraordinary apartment is located in the heart of the small harbour town of Kappeln an der Schlei in a large old town house,a former brewery in early times. It goes over two floors, so stairs have to be climbed. The charm of this large apartment is, among other things, the lovingly restored wooden floors on which woodworm and heavy beer barrels have left their traces.It is located in the quieter area of the pedestrian zone, 5 minutes walk from the port.

Beautiful little holiday apartment in the basement with terrace. Not a 1-room apartment for 1-2 pers. Quiet location and 7 min. from the beach. Equipment with pantry kitchen, sofa bed (140x200m) and bathroom with shower. Large TV and WiFi as well as well. The price is per night incl. Heating and electricity. Die Wohnung hat einen eigenen Eingang und geht über 2 Etagen. Tagsüber kann man von hier schöne Ausflüge an das Meer oder an die Schlei unternehmen.
