Our apartment with separate entrance is located in the new annex of our detached house in the quiet center of Bannewitz. Within walking distance of your bakery (open on Sundays!), supermarket and public transport to Dresden in 5 minutes. This will take you in about 20 minutes to the city center to the Frauenkirche, Semperoper, Zwinger or Dresden main station. From there, you can also start a trip to the Elbe Sandstone Mountains or Meissen. Hiking or biking trails can be found right outside the front door.

Welcome to this lovely flat in the middle of the green heart close to Dresden. You can use the fully equipped 60 square metres to recover from the hustle and bustle or to visit the wonderful old town of Dresden which is just 20 driving minutes away. Especially in the winter season Dresden attracts visitors with the world famous “Dresden Striezelmarkt”. If you prefer to escape from the city the Elbe sandstone mountains are reachable in just 45 minutes to hike, climb or simply enjoy the nature.

The 50 m² apartment is located in the left house of a three-faced courtyard on the 1st floor. There is another, same apartment on the ground floor. The center of the two-room apartment is a cozy living room with many seating areas. In the adjoining bedroom is a comfortable double bed, as well as a small workspace. The kitchen is fully equipped. Towels, sheets and spices are available. There is parking space and an outdoor seating area. In the vicinity there are beautiful hiking trails.

Design Studio Apartment mit Klimaanlage in der Innenstadt mit unglaublichem Blick über Dresden. Die Stadt liegt euch zu Füßen. Direkt am Kraftwerk Mitte, der Staatsoperette und dem Theater der jungen Generation. Mehr geht kaum. In wenigen Gehminuten erreicht Ihr alle Sehenswürdigkeiten der Innenstadt. Da ich meine Wohnung nicht durchgehend nutze vermiete ich diese in der freien Zeit an Menschen die meinen Geschmack und Stil teilen und ein paar schöne Tage dort verbringen wollen.

In front, a covered outdoor seating area is available. The device is as good as new and expedient. Cozy 3-room apartment close to the center but still quiet. The newly renovated apartment with Smart TV and WiFi is located on a small side street with no through traffic and from the balcony you look directly into a small park. You can easily take care of yourself in the fully equipped kitchen, or you can walk to the center of town with numerous shops and restaurants in less than 10 minutes. The next tram stop can be reached in 1 minute.

Gerne würde ich euch Dresden Pillnitz und Umgebung näher bringen. Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich direkt am Schlosspark, die Innenstadt ist mit Fahrrad, Bus oder Schaufelraddampfer gut erreichbar, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in 300 m Entfernung. Pirna, das Tor zur Sächsische Schweiz, liegt fast vor der Haustür. Hoffentlich habe ich euch neugierig gemacht und wir sehen uns bald, bis dahin Grüße von Anemone.
